My goodness. I ate myself tight. So much food good Laaaawd. They have a lot of green sides and sides you may want to try. The... sides go perfect with the meat. Meat can be a bit salty so you’ll have to drink water or cut saltiness with the grilledpineapple. The meat flavor is amazing. Melissa was extremely pleasant, super solid! STELLAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have an allergy to sulfites and other preservatives found in many commercially prepared foods. It... makes restaurants a challenge for me. My husband wanted to eat here at this Brazilian steakhouse, so a couple weeks in advanceof our trip, I emailed customer service. I received a call from customer service and also the head chef at headquarters. Hepassed along my info to the owner/executive Marcelo at this Chattanooga location, and I received a call from him assuring methey would be able to accommodate my needs. Marcelo gave me his contact info and told me to email him directly when we had madea reservation. When we were at the restaurant, the kitchen manager came to my table and made a list of all the meats I couldsafely eat. She helped me navigate the salad bar. When I wanted caprese salad but the dressing mix on it wasn’t safe for me,she brought me a whole plate of tomatoes and fresh mozzarella, with a generous portion of fresh basil, and then my own jar ofolive oil as well.
