The food was delicious as always; fries were piping hot...my drink was perfectly balanced and easy to enjoy. Even the kids meal... ordered was on point. They STILL don't have enough help. They had ONE girl making drinks at the bar. This girl was making milkshakes, mixed drinks,... etc., and she wasn't supposed to be there. It was her day off. I sat at the bar area to wait on my to go order. While Iwaited, I ordered a Coke. Another girl whom I had never spoken to, was very quick to ask for my extra $3.87 for the Coke that Iordered. I don't know if she thought that I was gonna walk out the door without paying it for the little Coke, but I have moneyto pay for my food. I was a little insulted. One of the other waitresses saw her ask me and brought me an extra to go drinkbefore I left. Food was very good as usual. I only had an hour, so by the time they gave me my food, it was was so late, I justsat down there or kept sitting at the bar where I was waiting, and ate the food. The girl at the bar, as busy as she was, tooktime to ask me if I would like extra fries as I ate. Overall, the food is always good, but it's just not a place that you wantto go if you're in a rush. This was my first time ever in a Red Robin. I usually use Uber eats to get food delivered to my house but, my girlfriend says... I'm in a rut and I need to get out in the world to look around. So I walked in Hamilton Place mall and the smell of burgers mademe drool so I went in and got seated almost immediately and ate a mouthwatering burger. It was like heaven! We still love Red Robin but the quality of the food seems to have gone down in the last few years. The burger patties seem... thinner and it feels more speedy than the past. Speedy service is always great don't get me wrong but it all feels a littlerushed. However, the wait staff is great! Read more

Update: I don't know why I went back. From the moment I walked in and waited 4 minutes on a hostess to come acknowledge us. The... incorrect orders, not enough staff, unavailable items, etc. The food did not taste good. Even my child expressed a dislike forthe food. I was there for 50 minutes and had to abandon the refill of fries and pay at the table and leave. This location needshelp. The experience started out good but had a few challenges along the way. The staff and food was amazing. They were really quick and super efficient. We had three variations of the Red Robin Gourmet... Cheese Burger (one with a gluten free bun) and one Royal Red Robin Turkey burger with a Brioche bun. This was our first timetrying Red Robin..we visited the Chattanooga, TN location. Read more

I love cheeseburgers. I love to eat my burgers medium rare. They are a gourmet burger place however they state they can not cook... it how you want it. The only options they give you are well done or some pink. I chose some pink and still came out well done,and it had an awful smoky taste to it. I will say the Mac and cheese was amazing though. Went to my local red Robin last week and ordered their limited time bacon cheese fondue burger and it was amazing I highly... recommend trying it before they take it off the menu. What is there not to love about a bacon cheeseburger that you can dip intobacon cheese fondue and not to mention their delicious steak fries and sweet and spicy ketchup! Read more
