Good food but concerning lack of detail from the service. The waiter put my order in wrong. I am allergic to pineapple and I... ended up getting a curry with pineapple chunks all in it. I bit into one thinking it was a potato. Even after spitting it outimmediately my tongue and throat were tingling and burning. I went back to the bar told them about the mistake, they took thedish and brought me the one I?d ordered very quickly. I didn?t expect much but no one from the restaurant, not even the waiter, verbally acknowledge or apologized for putting me in such a compromising situation. There was an epi pen on hand just in caseso I wasn?t overly worried about me. It was concerning to me that such a serious situation wasn?t acknowledged. I don?t careabout getting wrong food, it happens, I care that the restaurant didn?t seem to be bothered. I didn?t have a serious reactionthis time but what about next time, or another person with a more severe allergy. I didn?t make a big stink because I alreadyfelt like the center of attention with my group and didn?t want to cause a scene but would have appreciated someone from therestaurant making sure I was ok and acknowledging the incident and their efforts to prevent these things in the future. Absolutely horrible food and service. The server was just unwelcoming. I ordered the mandarin chicken but subbed it for tofu... (which the menu states you can do) When I said I wanted tofu he rolled his eyes at me like how dare I want tofu. Then what theybrought me looked like a can of cat food. It was supposed to have mandarin oranges and a mandarin sauce, it literally wasunseasoned tofu with some sauce and nothing more. It looked disgusting, but I decided I'd just try a bite before judging, wellthat was a terrible idea. Never again. Even before I ordered I was underwhelmed by the menu, I should have left right then andthere. I did not eat my food and walked out cause that was unfixable. Read more

Extremely poor service by the manager and poor food. We love spicy food, and the pad see ew had spice options up to ?spicy x10?.... Since that was the highest level of spicy, we ordered a x5 for a medium level hotness. Just one bite of the food and we were inpain. I had to take 3 spoonfuls of sugar, 2 glasses of milk and and eat many bars of chocolates just for the fire on our tonguesto mellow down. It was extremely painful on our bodies. We expressed this to the manager and she completely refused to listen tothe root issue. She kept talking without listening to anything we were saying. We wished she would just apologize and take ourfeedback. Talking to her is like talking to a wall. Very disappointing. Read more

Reviewing a local place for a change. I've eaten here three times in the last 10 years or so. I haven't had a dish i didn't... enjoy. Last night it was coconut curry with chicken. Appetizers were Rain spring rolls and fresh basil shrimp wraps. The wrapswere very good. But I prefer the spring rolls. Companion ate steamed dumplings. My cocktail was, appropriately enough, aHalloween themed concoction called Vampire Blood; rum based and delicious. I do not recommend more than one. Service wasfantastic. Hostesses greeting us were...not as friendly as our server. And the table they placed us in was a little crowded forfour people. I was disappointed that they weren't offering sushi. But it wasn't a deal breaker. Read more

this place is in like a strip plaza. Greeting when we came in was lackluster. Once seated, the service was excellent. Our server... - he was attentive and took the time to explain different things we had questions on. The food was absolutely amazing. Greatflavor, great portions. Read more

I go to this restaurant at least once a month. Service isn't always the best but I like their dishes. Some more than others. The... food is great but not the best Thai food, but I'd say it's better than a lot in the area. I'd prioritize customer service andbetter management. They lost their reviews so I had to write this one to replace it. It definitely deserves a 4.5! Spicy basilnoodles is always great, sushi is decent. Read more

Incredibly underwhelming. I love Thai food and was really excited to try this. I ordered the classic pad Thai without chicken... (it comes with shrimp, chicken, and tofu). It didn?t come with eggs or green onions, and the tofu was so small it was almostnon-existent. I had asked for tofu, shrimp and vegetables with everything except the chicken. There wasn?t any veggies, not eventhe green onions. I asked for it hot, and it was mild. The server was nice, the place is nice. The spring rolls were pretty, butnot very flavorful. They came with a soy type sauce however, I prefer a peanut sauce. Will not be returning. Cleveland has amuch better Thai restaurant called Fuji Teriyaki Express. Drive the 30 min there instead. It was 34$ (with tip) for spring rollsand pad Thai. Super disappointed. Read more

Rated a four, not for food quality (it is excellent) but for service. Most of the folks are not very personable. They just do... their job (seating, serving) in a matter of fact way. Go and enjoy dinner. Good place to enjoy excellent Thai food. Read more
