Tried to drive through at 9pm on a weekday, they claimed they were closed through the intercom although their hours are listed... until 10pm. Then tried to go for LUNCH on a weekday a few days later ? little old lady is leaving her shift and says the diningroom is closed but you can go through the drive through. Ok fine, we were waiting to meet someone so waited maybe 5 minutes inthe parking lot before going through. They come on the intercom and say ?we aren?t taking orders right now.? I asked to clarify?so you?re closed?? They just repeated ?we aren?t taking orders right now.? Tried to call the restaurant thinking maybe we couldspeak to a manager and find out if they are open or what?s up. They picked up the phone, said nothing, and hung it up. They get two stars because it was clean. There were no other customers dining inside but a long line of drive thru customers.... There were only three people working, two working the counter and the drive thru window, one cooking. They told us we had towait until the drive thru customers were served. We waited ten minutes and left. Pretty smart to cater to the drive thrucustomers and keep the dining room clean. We went on down to Wendy's and had the $5 big bag deal. Read more

Outrageous wait in the drive thru just to be told them didn't have any drinks once we got to the box to order. Would have been... nice if an employee had come out and told us as we wouldn't have waited so long to go thirsty. Read more
Could not dine in, she said they had no mac n cheese, asked for a large coke, she said they were out of drinks and the chicken... nuggets were not even bite size. My worse ever experience with any fast food restaurant. I will not go back! Read more
This was the worst customer experience I think I have experienced at a drive through restaurant. The lady that took our order... was rude and hateful. When I pulled up to get my food she just held her hand out for my money, never said a word. When she gaveme my food, not a thank you or have a nice day. What has happened to friendly customer service? It is like we are bothering themto order and give them money. I will not be back to this location. Read more
Service was very slow and we only received half of our order so we had to go through the drive through a second time since the... building was locked. All in all, it took over 30 minutes to get all our food. I feel bad for the staff honestly, they seemed tobe doing their best but they were obviously overwhelmed even with several customers leaving without ordering due to the long,stationary line and locked doors. The food itself was good though, but if we had known it would've taken so long, we would'vestopped somewhere else. Read more
I'm a door dasher went to pick up my order and the lobby was closed. So I went through the drive thru there was a truck sitting... blocking the way so I went around it. He blew his horn and told me they aren't taking orders right now they are on break. Ipulled up to the drive thru window and sat there a good 5 minutes before someone shoved the order out the window without thedrink. So of course I had to go back and retrieve the customers drink. I do understand that there are a shortage of employeesbut at least show a little concern for the way you handle orders . I mean we are trying to make a living also Read more
