They are always, and I meand ALWAYS out of something! It's ridiculous.. Especially later at night. Don't rely on pizza hut if... you want food they most likely will have "run out" of something you ordered, so you're forced to choose an alternative or justdon't choose one and waste money. Read more
I've been ordering pizza from this location for over 3 years. Rhonda and Lindsey treat me like family and if my pizza is ever... not exactly the way I want it they make it right immediately. I've read some reviews that are negative about this location. I'msure most people who are satisfied don't take the time to leave a review which is always the case in the food service industry.The product that comes out of this store is above par and like I said when it's not 100% correct they will make it right if youask. I like to recognize hard work from people who are overworked and understaffed. We are human beings and need to respect eachother on all levels. I ordered two of those Pizza Melts that was the worst food I have ever ordered from a restaurant/fast food. I understand that... the food never looks like the food on the commercials but my melts was not even close to the commercial, it was cut in fours twoof those did not have pepperoni or cheese and the other two had one pepperoni each and it seem like it was prepared on a thinslice of dried toast and the second was better it had one piece of pepperoni in the fours little cheese and also prepared on athin slice of toast!! On top of bad food the employees are even worst!!!This is the worst false advertising I have ever seen!!The worst part I haven?t ate at Pizza Hut in about 10 years and now I will never go back!!! I ordered the New York style pizza. This pizza was way below my expectations of even a store bought frozen pizza. The crust was... old and hard. There is no way the pizza was cooked fresh. The sauce on top was bland with no flavor, like pure tomato paste. Read more
My family and I ordered thin crust pizza, one order of traditional and one order of boneless wings and breadsticks. The order... said out for delivery almost 20 minutes before it arrived (we live about 4 minutes away give or take a red light or two). Thedriver made sure to tell me, ?I was suppose to be off at 5, there?s only one driver? etc? and when we sat down to eat it thebreadsticks were hard and cold, the pizza was cold and burnt to the point we couldn?t even pull pepperonis off and the bonelesswings look like they were an after thought. We called and the manager explained they have been super busy and she would get ourorder back out to us. So we waited. When the second time around came it was a different driver who reeked of cigarette smellsaid ?I assumed she said it was free? I told her it was a remake and she just kinda walked away. We tried to enjoy dinner butthe breadsticks were hard again, the pizza was hot but over sauced and burnt again. We usually enjoy Pizza Hut but this was ahuge disappointment and waste of money. They need better help as well. We ordered from some pizza, bread sticks and wings to be told they were out of dough. Poor... delivery driver had to come out 3 times and the 3rd time they didn't even show back up. But all in all the manager made it rightwith us the following day. Thank you!!! Read more

If I could give a 0, I would. When they finally came out with my pizza, the employee stopped at the car next to me and talked to... them for 10 minutes. No idea what they were talking about but my pizza was ice cold. Read more
