I order the same thing as always, it is always really good. Opened the box to this. And the driver forgot the 2 liter. We called... the store and we wanted a refund because this is not edible AT ALL. The guy was conversing with other workers saying it wouldtake almost 2hrs and kept attempting to have it remade. I told him I wanted a refund and the man I spoke to on the phone wasUNBELIEVABLY rude. He hung up on me TWICE without solving the problem. Had to call & talk to a manager (Zack & a woman) twodifferent time & finally got the refund. Even after that they were STILL trying to remake the pizza. I told them I heard him sayit would take 2hrs and he kept repeating ?but did I say that to you? it doesn?t matter if you said it to me or if I heard yousay it to another worker. This is NOT how you treat customers. I am never going to eat from this Pizza Hut ever again. Dominosis better anyways. UPDATE: Was told the driver was supposed to bring a drink & take the food back. Driver showed up with NOTHINGand didn?t know anything. The managers lie to you. Called back to ask the manager ZACK why she didn?t have my drink & apparentlyhe just lied completely about the drink. Manager lied to me on multiple occasions. Several weeks ago, they said pizza hut stopped selling fries when they didn't... include them in my order. That turned out to be untrue. Then more recently, had to wait on my order 30 minutes pastdelivery window. I have a very high tip and scheduled the order. This is the last time I'm going there. Read more
After reading some of the other reviews after everything I experienced I can safely conclude that this place isn't up to... par. First, even though the place is half a mile from my location it took them an over an hour and a half for my order. The timeisn't to be desired but okay, maybe they are busy. Next I called in just to get a status of my order. They couldn't find me ontheir system. The call rep solution is for me to make a new order, saying goodbye to the money on my last order. When I madethat known, they told me to deal with it with my bank. Said I wanted to speak to the manager and he was able to find my orderand said that their delivery person is on her way. Okay, good. Not looking so good right now but at least I know it ishere. Then I get a call from the delivery driver and she said it is outside of my door. Open it up, nothing. Called her back andshe swears she is at the right location. After telling her more information she told me she was at building 5 (mine is 2 with adifferent street number). Waited outside in the light rain for her to find me because she was lost. The pizza is warm, notcold, and the wings are also warm. Needless to say, with everything that has happened with this order I don't recommend it.Carry out will be the best option or going to the store to get a frozen pizza. Read more
Ordered delivery even though I could walk there bc I didn?t want to leave my house with my kids, and they delivered to the wrong... place. I called and had them start the order over. It took over an hour and a half to get the pizza I ordered and they barelyapologized and did nothing to make up for the situation. Very unimpressive. They treat their long lived employees like trash. I had quite the time and experience the very short while I worked there with... the manager and her best ?do guy!? I called today and the credit card machine was down supposedly nation wide. I worked thereand saw the alliance. I won?t mention names but only order from this location if u absolutely have no other choice. One of theiremployees needed some understanding being there years and they still turned their backs on her 2. That 2 employees in this timeof need and recovery from Covid me they could allow her a few weeks to handle what she needed to and I was treated unfairly whenI was off of work and then imploding in my personal life. Placed an order on line, pizza was great, but the order included a 2 liter bottle of soda. Didn't receive it. Since wife picked... up order and I placed order there wasn't any questions and pizza hut did not catch it. So make sure you get everything. Theemployees wont help. Read more
Okay, it?s a nice day. I was feeling a bit better from being sick- so I decided to order my favorite, Pizza Hut. I place the... order, it says it will be here at 3:55, 20 minutes after that time, nothing. I call and are on hold for 5 minutes. They told methey don?t have an order in my name. Like, yes. You do! After talking for another long time waste of minutes they say the driveris enroute and slam the phone down. The driver is my favorite deliver girl. Props to her. But, it gets here the food is cold asthe North Pole, the cheese in the mozzarella stick was so dry I literally choked on it. As seen in the picture. I ordered a pizza according to what was online and looked at the toppings and NO WHERE DID IT SAY MARINARA WAS THROWN ACROSS THE... TOP. When I called back they wanted ME to bring the pizza back Marcus said they would make me another one after sitting herelooking at my receipt I paid 4.99 delivery fee and 5.00 for a tip and I HAVE TO GO AND GET MY PIZZA FIXED. I was told since Imessed up they wouldn?t bring it back out. This was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn?t have a problem going back if they would havegave me $$ delivery and tip back. I would have paid for the pizza. This will be my LAST TIME GOING THERE. I could t even get mymoney back which would have been fine too because after this I definitely wouldn?t eat a pizza they made there.
