Usually I have no problem with this Papa John's except today I ordered at 11:30 was given a estimated time of 34-45 minutes. 45... minutes came and went then the tracker said "we are delayed, driver is dropping off another order" I live 3.6 miles fromrestaurant, I watched the tracker and the driver was going to harrison and it said delayed 19-26 minutes. My question is whydidn't the driver drop off the order that was closer? We had to go back to work so i canceled the order, we only get a hour forlunch and I ordered it 30 minutes before we took lunch. So needless to say we had to go back to work hungry. Read more
The pizza tastes great, however, this Papa John?s is the most incompetent restaurant/store I have ever dealt with. Here?s a... summary of my last 3 orders from this location: 1. Pizza arrived cold and well past the estimated time. Ended up getting anunprompted apology coupon in the mail for it. 2. After waiting for almost 2 hours, I called the store and they said the pizzawas delivered (it hadn?t been). Cashier blamed the delivery driver, had a fresh one made, and had it sent to us immediately. Thedelivery driver then ranted about the other employees; said they messed it up. 3. Pizza arrived on estimate, but was cold andlooked like it was cut by someone wearing a blindfold. Despite being given multiple chances, I will be ordering pizza fromelsewhere. Awful place to get papa John?s from. Ordered two pizzas and they got the order wrong- one only had black olives. Which would... have been ?ok? but when we called the manager to explained he said very rudely that he could do nothing because we explained theissues to him wrong? I told him I would personally deliver the pizza to him or send him a picture but it didn?t matter to him hewouldn?t do anything.
