My co-worker and I had to eat this for our lunch break. The pizza was not good at all, dry, obviously old, and hard...the bread... sticks were absolutely terrible, over cooked, and rock hard. Everything looked, felt and tasted like it was made waaay before Ieven ordered it, like someone had canceled their order and they saved it for a long time to give it to the next order, and itwasnt even slightly warm...it definitely was not made fresh. Selected this location due to the others being such a long wait and it was honestly for the best. The customer service here was... way better (thanks Jason) and the wait time was much shorter. Our food was perfect as well. Read more
My order was delivered at the one hour mark instead of the 31 - 41 minutes projected. By the time my order arrived the 2 boxes... of wings + 2 boxes of pizza were barely warm. I had a house full of relatives that had just disembarked a long flight toChattanooga, TN. I spent nearly $50.00 on this order + tip for the driver. I have never received such a lackluster quality ofproduct from Papa Johns. I like many other Americans work very hard for every dollar I have. If I didn't have a house full ofhungry people I would have sent the order straight back. The driver was pleasant and looked like he was working very hard, butbarely warm food should never be delivered to a home as a representation of your brand. Service was good, and faster than expected. Normally I'd have to wait about 10 minutes or so for a pickup order from a pizza... place, they had my order ready upon my arrival. However the toppings were all clumped together rather than spread across thepizza. Read more
Papa John's done went and did it this time. I swear, from ordering to delivery, everything was perfect. The food was... outstanding, hot, and fresh, the drink was cold, the delivery driver was nice, friendly, and shy, I love that! They got myorder completely right. They arrived quicker than they said it would take. They just absolutely spoiled me with their food andservice. They just made it hard for all these other restaurants. Read more
I order a supreme pizza and a order of BBQ winz and they say the road to 6240 airpark Drive,chattanooga,TN 37421 was 2 miles to... this tore was closed by police by a accident i dont see any traffic on google map so i pay a uber to go to buy the pizza and icall inside the store and the guy tell in front of my talk on the phone the road was closed againd and i faind talk bad about meletter he give me the frozzen pizza and the BBQ winz for free we give the food for a dog and dont wann to eating the food. The online ordering has been turned off, so I tried to call in my order. I was on hold for 10 minutes the first time, so I... thought I would try again... This time I've been on old 8 minutes and counting. The service at this location is beyond awful!
