AMAZING! I have been to other Mellow Mushroom locations and this is my favorite so far. While it is not as "kooky neat" as some... of the others I have been to, it's clean and well maintained. The servers are genuinely friendly, and the food is fantastic.Honestly, some of the best pizza I have had in a long time. I think it's something in how they make the dough paired with theperfect thickness of the crust that really puts it over the top. These folks know pizza. Read more
Seated right away, dog friendly patio, solid service, even kept dog's water bowl refilled. Everything was delicious, elevated... Cobb with ranch is ???? and of course Holy Shitake is always a good choice. Mule with Don Julio was made perfectly. Read more

The fine artwork is topped only by the fine pizza they serve here at the mellow mushroom! This is a reliable good time with... staff that are quick and courteous. I recommend their pacific rim pizza- a medium is enough to feed two grown people! I admirethat they use paper straws and simple cardboard boxes - yay for being eco friendly! Read more
It has been over a month since I tried to contact management through email and on their websites. They offered no apologies or... concern and gave me an automated response to this review. The management is either apathetic or negligent at this store. Ireceived an automated email in response to my comments about an experience at Mellow Mushroom. The automated email did nothingto address my concerns about the service I experienced last week. I have copied and pasted the comment below: I invited myfriends to Mellow Mushroom last Saturday. We ordered a medium house special pizza with no onions and no peppers on half. Ourpizza arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, it was doughy and undercooked throughout. The bread had the texture ofcongealed mucus. The upper crust appeared okay. Our server ignored us for the rest of our time there until we were about to go. I tried to make eye contact with the server for about 15 minutes, my drink was empty. Eventually I walked with the undercookedpizza to the line to request assistance. Several employees walked by me as I waited for about 8 minutes to be acknowledged. Iwas told to take my undercooked pizza back to my table and they would get a manager. A manager never came. The server ignored usfor the next 25 minutes and another pizza arrived. Our server who had ignored us for the better part of 50 minutes, eventuallyapologized and asked if there was anything they could do for us. My drink was still empty, I was at a loss for words and said,"I don't know." We asked for boxes and received our check. I requested to talk to someone and our server walked away withoutsaying anything. Someone came back and let me know not to worry about the bill. I asked them if they would like to know whathappened because there was no communication other than an apology over 50 minutes later. I let them know that I had neverrecognized a manager.
