My friend and I placed and paid for our orders on the app, then came through the drive thru to pick them up. I gave both order... numbers. When I reached the pickup window, I was told that part of my order wasn't ready. They said I should park in the pickuparea and they would bring it out to me. I walked inside after 10 minutes and got the rest of my order five minutes later. Ittook another 15 minutes to get the order for my disabled friend, who had to eventually walk inside the store with her phone(even though no one asked to see her phone when we went through the drive-thru.) DO NOT Waste your money at This location!!! It is shown through the food that they Do NOT CARE!!! No Customer Service what so... ever. I ordered the Sausage Egg McMuffin meal. I get home and my bottom Bread was frozen !!! I could not believe it!! I was toofar away to bring it back. I'll never go there again!!! Don't Waste your hard earned money . Read more
Today I went to this McDonald?s, let?s be clear this isn?t my first trip this McDonald?s. This happens every time I go to this... McDonald?s, but today was substantially worse. I arrive to McDonald?s after placing my mobile order. I sit in the car aftersaying that I am here for 5 to 10 minutes because I know how this McDonald?s is. After about five or 10 minutes i go in andstand at the counter for 16 minutes with no one coming to the counter or acknowledging anyone at the counter. then a girlfinally comes to the counter and ask what I needed. I told her I placed a mobile order about 20-25 minutes ago could you checkon it. She said yeah sure. She then disappears for another 10 minutes then comes back with a bag that doesn?t even have my orderin it. But it has my ticket number on it and she told me that was my order and that is what I ordered. I told her it mostdefinitely was not and showed her what I ordered along with the number attached. She persisted to be hateful towards me forsomething she clearly couldn?t read. So I wait around for another 10-15 minutes before she finally brings me the correct orderand just throws it on the counter. Then she turns around and just walks away as I?m asking her for a cup for my drink. She didnot turn around and even acknowledge me so I walked back there and got my own cup. Every time I go to this one, I always have issues while ordering in drive-thru and I typically just avoid this location for that... reason. Today I ordered via doordash a breakfast order and after 3 different door dash dashers went to pick up my order, thelocation didn't have my order. Don't go to this store if you can avoid it and go to literally any other McDonald's in the area. Read more
Ordered cook to order 20 piece nugget and basket of fries. Live 8 minutes away and the fries were still hot but the nuggets were... hard and cool. So the nuggets weren't fresh. Very disappointed. Read more
I ordered through the app,they changed my price two weeks ago. Today I waited 35 minutes for a mobile order while 4 other cars... came and went. At least the staff in the mornings is nice. That's the only reason I can give them two stars. Read more
I go to McDonald?s pretty often all around town, as I drive a lot for work, and this is easily the absolute worst of them all in... Chattanooga. It is a joke, the service is incredibly slow, they give out cold, incorrect food and the customer service is justabysmal. You can see the cooks from the dining area and as someone that has a lot of food service experience, the cooks areeither high as a kite or just incompetent, as they move slower than anyone I?ve ever seen in a kitchen, even when really busy.
