The employees were outside for atleast 10 minutes they finally took an order for the people infront of us for a sprit. Then we... sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and our order never was taken. I called to make sure they were working the girl thatanswered said they were. After sitting there another 5 minutes I walk up to the locked door and they're all just talking to aguy standing there as if he was just visiting. After a few more minutes we finally left and went to sonic which we were therefor less than 5 minutes and had our food. Read more

My boyfriend and I went through the drive-thru. Unfortunately he is deaf and maybe wasn't particularly friendly. I kind of... suspected we wouldn't get napkins or warm food or a have a good day. I work in customer service and no matter how the customersact you never treat them that way. I think that these people should be addressed we were just there about 11:00 maybe 11:15 onOctober 21st. I go through a lot trying to communicate. He is about 85% death and is working on trying to get appropriatehearing aids. I would not recommend this McDonald's to anybody. And I will not encourage him to go back. Of course, he had nocomplaints he's probably used to this type of behavior before I was his girlfriend. I wanted to call and talk to the manager butI think this is a better effect so people know that these people do not have warm southern hospitality and that if you're notnice they won't be either. This McDonalds takes the fast OUT of fast food. Extremely slow to get food out. They refuse to take your order at the counter,... and make you use the kiosk, which has only one side working and hasn?t had receipt paper for over a month that I?ve been cominghere (I have to have a receipt because I use a corporate expense card) then they give you attitude when you ask for a receipt.All while they have 3-4 people just standing around looking at their phone. My mom and I waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for someone to take our order until we went to where pay... and they told us to go around the line, we told them if it?s okay to take our order there but no they said we supposed to takethe long line all over again. We are Mexican and the lady was black(not to be racist) and all the other cars left except thelast one that was black and she took only their order, she was racist to us. This McDonalds is literally just edible. Fries are either stale or overcooked. My Big Mac is not fresh. Currently trying to wash... it down with what I think is warm (no ice in the machine) Dr Pepper? Also make sure you wear pants if you go to the bathroom soyou can dry yours hands off on them (No Paper Towels). Read more

Poor staff GM worker never always present, employees rude to certain managers. GM or employee slaps customer and gets away with... it. GM sweeps a lot this employees do under the rug. Not a good look for Brainerd road location. Only one employee thats amanager works hard to serve customers the correct way. She does her job but to be treated like a dog is very poor. GM is alwayson her phone never really helps out when needed better yet when is she ever at the store. The GM lady with blue and black braidswith black nasty spandex pants that?s not job related. I recommend no one return to that location until new employees and staffis present. I would only keep the dedicated employees but the rest will have to be removed to many attitudes and rudeness.Dinner time it?s very poor employee and managers does what they want and take they time serving customers. Has to be the worst McDonald's I have visited. They can't ever get the order right, and that goes for me along with others I... know that have been there. Most of the employees that work there talk to you like you're garbage even if you're the most politeperson in the world. The drive-thru is always backed up as if no one is even working. I understand that patience is virtue butthis is terrible. I'd avoid if possible. Read more

If you?re wanting breakfast, KEEP DRIVING, don?t stop! Sat in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. Ordered a Big Breakfast for my... hubby and a sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle meal for me. Noticed on my receipt that there?s now an upcharge for coffee witha breakfast meal? WTH, but ok. Get almost to the interstate and decide to look in the bag. No hotcakes. McDonald?s has nowdecided to charge more for their Big Breakfast by removing the hotcakes and making a new meal with hotcakes, which of coursecosts more. Uughh. Once I drove back & went in, instead of re-ringing the order and charging for the other meal, I was chargedfor an order of hotcakes, another $3.29. Fine. Once I got home, I realized I was shorted, on top of being overcharged, a hashbrown. The Big Breakfast comes with 2, mine came with 1. Only had 2 in the bag. Needless to say, there was a sign in thewindow, something to the effect of ?lobby is now open for visits.? Despite people trying to get in, one guy mouthed ?I need touse the restroom,? they were told it was not open for some odd reason at 10:30 in the morning. Like I said, KEEP DRIVING. Read more
