Ordered ahead on the app, picked curbside since drive thru was full. Waited like 20 minutes and someone came out with my order... and asked everyone but me if it was theirs. Waited another like 10 minutes before going into the drive thru and being told theystopped curbside at 10pm. Ended up getting cold food. Read more

Used the drive-thru for an independent contractor gig, no complaints about the customer service. However, the area around the... drive-thru menu board has some debris around it; I'd rather look at flowers and shrubbery than trash. Maybe a CI project thefranchise owners could initiate in the future? Read more

I ordered on the app. Went through the drive through for pickup. They gave me half my order, charged me too much, and didn?t... honor my coupon or total the app gave me when I placed the order for pickup. Told me ?eh sometimes the total on the app isdifferent and you must have done something that confused us,? and that my only option was to report the order on the app which Iwasn?t able to do. Y'all did me dirty... just trying to get breakfast before work never again. You owe me $12. *EDIT* Since they raised the wages... all your establishments are going downhill being ran by ungrateful spoilt youth that shouldnt be handling the publics foodperiod. As soon as you ask for anything other than a number on the screen you all act dumb and like it is an inconvinience. Thengive inedible product to someone who spends there time and money keeping your business going. Long story short i am done withMcdonalds. They don?t even care enough to put things on the burger correctly, I?ve gotten refried fries almost everytime I?ve went, I order... a double cheeseburger and it only has one slice of cheese and the onions always end up on top of the bun not on the inside atall!! Read more

90 percent of the employees at this location are VERY rude. They are not happy when they need to stop socializing (or playing... with thier phone) and help customers. This is all shifts. On a rare occasion you do get a nice employee who shows the potentialof great customer service. Also, ALWAYS check your order before leaving this location. They REALLY don't like being told thatthey messed up an order even if it is extremely obvious. However. Bathrooms are almost always clean, but they don't always havethe lobby open. Hope this helps. No staff at counter to take order, the machine for no contact order didn?t have receipt paper. The staff never acknowledged the... 6 people in waiting room, that is including myself! They also never gave me my drink, after standing in the lobby for 15minutes. Would like corporate to rectify this transaction & that store!
