The service was extremely bad. They gave us our Kids meals without their drinks. We had to ask for the drinks. They asked us to... pull up while we "waited" for the two drinks. We waited way too long and my daughter had to go in the store to get their drinks.Way too many bad experiences with many of the McDonald's stores. My boyfriend is 85% deaf and he wasn't particularly friendly not because he wanted to be but because he couldn't hear them. I... had a strong suspicion something would not be right and intuitively got it, napkins. They usually always put napkins in the bagplus the burgers were called and they didn't even say have a nice day. Regardless of how a customer behaves it's still acustomer service business. We will not be going back there again or recommend anybody else to go there based on their rudebehavior to his what they perceived unfriendly reactions at the order line. Read more
The drive thru line moved quickly & my order was correct. I would suggest the workers be more cheerful.
