Still haven?t ordered in the drive through and it?s been 20 minutes. I was the fourth car besides the one ?ordering? when I... pulled up!!! I?m trapped now, because both lines of the drive through are open!!! So, let?s waste another fifteen to order.I?m sorry you need to close down the drive through. What can I say? McDonald's is McDonald's. There fries are good, kids love their toys (they have better toys then most places)... sometimes it does take a long time. :( Sometimes the fries are stale. But all in all to me it's good. Read more
Despite there appearing to be as many one star reviews as five star, as I was in the area and was hungry, I thought I'd give... this place a try. BIG mistake!!! Ordered two Big Mac's, special order. I attempted to eat the first one, meat was wet and slimy???? overall, burger was soggy and horrible. Left about a third of it, and didn't even attempt to eat the second one. Quitesimply disgusting ???? I've eaten hundreds if not thousands of Big Macs over the last 40 years, this was the worst I've everbeen served. You have been warned! ???? Read more

Literally, the worse. They should just close this one. We have tried this location before and thought, "no way it can still be... that bad, right?" Man were we wrong. Pulled up to the speaker, no acknowledgement. Mind you, the second lane is always closed sothere's only one lane. We say, "hello?" "Give me a minute," the reply. Finally get to place the order and it appeared correct onthe screen. Pull up, get the drinks then told to park. Parked, waited :10 and a lady brings out a bag asking if we had thequarter pounder meal. Said we have two. Gave us the bag and it only had one meal in it. Told her we had two, and she said, "ohwell, she must have forgotten the other one." So we had to go in. The manager asked if we were picking up an order, we told herwe wanted the rest of our order. Another customer came in right behind us with the same issue. The manager, very rudely, alsotold customers if they had a card to order at the kiosk. Otherwise cash needs to go to the drive through... finally got thesecond meal, and it's wrong. Just left because lunchtime was almost up. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Read more
This place is terrible. Took forever for the food to be "prepared." When we finally got our order, the fries were cold, the buns... were hard, and the meat was also cold. We ordered 20 nuggets, and those were warm, at least. However, waiting 20 minutes for adine-in order and then getting cold food is absolutely ridiculous. To top it all off, when I requested a fresh batch, the clerkwith a manager costume rolled her eyes at me. It took another 5 minutes for "new" fries to be prepared, just to find out thesefries were old as well, merely thrown back into the fryer to warm them up. Never coming back to this store again. I had a medical emergency in Chattanooga on Wednesday and we pulled into this McDonald?s to see if I could recharge my vent... enough to make it home. They were beyond helpful. From getting me inside and plugged up to serving me a drink and wonderful hotfood. More of their shifts need to care this one did. Read more
Pretty much the slowest one I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Exterior lights are off at all hours, I'm assuming to... keep customers from rolling up. Second drive-thru is never open. There can be a line of cars waiting to order at the speakerwhile one car just sits at the window. The franchisee is losing so much money. I can't wait until the Wendy's across the streetopens so I never have to waste my time and money here again. Read more
