I placed an online order for pickup. Walked inside to pick it up. I was informed there was 5 orders ahead of me and be patient.... No worries! The problem is the staff and they way they test people. Rude as heck, Can?t multi-task, and conversations withclients? Good luck with that! Read more
Usually go to this location because of convenience but this morning did me in. It is no reason why this location can not keep... employees. Ordered my food and drove around no none told me to stop at first window so I drove to second window as usual. Thewoman stuck her head out of window and yells so I back up. I told her no one said to stop at first window she in turn says shesaid I am the one taking orders. She did not and basically called me a liar. If employees have to put up with this attitude Iwould not work there either. I can not help they are ALWAYS under staffed but management usually dictates that. I am just oneperson that will not return but if enough just one persons have had enough attitude from this little woman this location will gounder. Read more
We live in ringgold ga, Chattanooga Tennessee and I will say, they never give us fresh, BUT here, it was fresh all three times... we had eaten there during our trip. Very hot and delicious Read more
I usually go a couple times a month and order a 20 piece chicken nuggets and share them with my dogs. While I'm not a frequent... guest here, they always have quick service, a respectably clean store and friendly employees . Read more
Customer service was awful, food was cold like it had been in the fridge. Who wants to eat a cold McGriddle? Not me, so I wasted... almost 5 bucks. After 1 Bite it was spit out and tossed out the window. Smh Read more
It's your standard McDonald's food but what males it great is that they get your order correct here and they do it with a smile... and some personality. When I tell you I won't go to the McDonald's on gunbarrel road because of the issues I have had with themgetting my order wrong. That is not the #1 reason I don't go there. It is because they are trully rude about everything and donot care at all. This one though is pleasant to work with and we love going here. Read more
