Short version: $18 for sandwich, side, and drink. (See photo). That's double the price of the competition. This restaurant... has changed drastically since the last time I visited. Pros: restaurant was clean. Large TVs were on entertaining TV. Foodcame out quick. Food was decent, but not great. Employees weren't mean-spirited or curt. Cons: Unreasonably expensive,nearly double what others charge. Store was out of good sides (no Mac and Cheese, and the only potato chips they had wasjalapeno), so had to order cup of soup at additional cost. One would think being out of two sides would prompt the cashier toask if I wanted no sides, or treat the cup of soup as a side instead as an add on, but neither was presented as anoption. Ambience was bad. Music was not not my cup of tea, overbearing, and had ads (one was to encourage people to getvaccines, and the other was from YouTube talking about fighting misinformation). I was generally okay with the music till ablaringly loud sax solo went on for quite some time. Seemed like a pretty dead restaurant. Restaurant didn't feel veryhospitable: I quickly ate my food and left. The last time I was here, the place was lively, expensive but reasonable, andseemed like a place to chill and let my food settle before I left. I hope it can regain the charm it once had. Read more

Reply to owner: I have... contacted corporate regarding your employees deceptively switching out my food. I guess you'll need to contact them. Originalreview: Absolute garbage food and service. I paid $9 for some bread.... Update: I'm not sure why I even ordered from here again. I tried giving them another chance but... ????????. They put so much vinegar on my sandwich that the bread was soggy and falling apart. I DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR VINEGAR. Iabsolutely hate the taste of vinegar so my sandwich was disgusting. Company also asked me for my address to "send me something"and haven't heard from them since. Also why is there even an option for butter and sour cream if you never get it. Read more

So this used to be a favorite of mine, but not any more. I was such a regular that an employee felt the need to share these... pictures with me. They told me this is why my food has been subpar. This is what the soups look like first thing in themorning..... so first they're over 12hrs old and to look like this they're not being kept covered or the evaporation wouldn't beso severe. My chili spud tasted so burnt it was completely off putting. Second, they've been watering down the soups tocompensate for the evaporation...... this makes the soups taste terrible. I had a bowl of chicken n dumplings that were as thinas broth. Overall the quality of the store has declined sharply & I'm sad to say i think I'll just find another deli to patron. Read more
