I came when there was a bit of a wait but I wasn?t in a rush and the food came out quick. I got what I ordered and the staff... were pleasant and checked on me twice to make sure I didn?t need anything. They were out of potatoes which happens I guess, butI?m not overly attached to getting their ?spuds? so I didn?t take anything off for that. Read more
When we first arrived the dining room was packed but there was only 5 groups ahead of us in line. It took 30 minutes just get to... the front of the line, for the only cashier to inform us it would be another 20-30 minutes for food. By this time the diningroom was half empty. The cashier was disengaged and moved at a pretty slow pace. We had already invested so much time in theline we decided to wait. Much smaller McAlister's Deli than the stand alone locations. And because of this there is no self serve drink fountains so you... have to wait in line to get drinks and refills. Service was good. I'm just not a fan of the menu at McAlister's as there aren'tmany non-meat options nor fish or seafood options. Tuna fish salad is not even on the menu. I've never known a deli -stylerestaurant not to have a tuna fish sandwich available. Read more
There was a sign on the door that said there would be a 40 minute wait but we didn't mind. It seemed like the staff was new as... the cashier was needing help with our order. We usually love the sweet tea but it was soooo sweet this time I could hardlydrink it. I ended up taking it up-front and asking for them to mix unsweetened tea with it. Our order took only 20 minutes toget to our table which was awesome. The potato salad was bomb as usual and the harvest chicken salad on a croissant was good. Read more
