Unbelievable. They made a mistake in a transaction that involved Grubhub. Tried to blame Grubhub for it (it wasn?t the apps... fault they boxed the wrong pizza) and then when pressed about it threaten police and cussed me out. No swears from my end. I just received my order. I had wings well done lemon pepper extra seasoning & a medium pepperoni pizza. The pics should speak... for themselves I never had a pizza place that ever did wings right but whew I?m very impressed! The pizza was okay it wasn?t asfresh but it was ok. My husband said this is the BEST pizza he has had in a very long time! I order pizza monthly from various pizza chain locations... in Chattanooga. I normally eat veggie but had to try a slice after his comment. It was DELICIOUS and they did not skimp on thetoppings! 5 ?? ???????? Read more
First time ordering from this store. Will not be ordering from here again. Specialty pizzas had very little toppings. And the... toppings that were there basically only on one side of the pizza. Also, ordered a pizza bowl. Requested NO cheese, addedtomatoes and it was delivered with cheese and a half empty bowl with no meat. When I called the store about my ordered the girlon the phone stated I needed to select no cheese under the cheese and sauces tab and then basically hung up. I called her backto let her know that the bowls do NOT have that option and I have removed cheese from any place possible. Her comment then wellguess you will have to call in to order next time. This location has gone way downhill. I had 2 bad experiences in the past couple months with very skimpy toppings and hardly any... cheese. There are several other locations in town, and I've never had any problems at the other locations. This seems to be aproblem with this location in particular. Read more
Updated: I have spoken to management. They refunded my pizza. Is this considered pizza? All I see is burnt cheese and crust. I... called and they said they personally made it and it was not burnt. Well photos never lie. Please see attached. This was my firstand last time ordering. I have had Marcos in Knoxville and Cookeville and they would never allow this piece of dough leave theirstore.
