Every time I've been to this gas station after I get off work lately a man named Bill has to store "closed" for random amounts... of time. The other day me and my fiance stood outside, in the cold for "10 more minutes" to get gas while 3 other cars pulled upand left cause they didn't want to wait. I've been coming to this mapco for years as it's the closest one to my house but thisis getting ridiculous . The signs say 24 hours don't they? Read more
The employees, managers included, would rather stand out BY THE FRONT DOOR and smoke cigarettes than they would actually stock... shelves. Multiple empty holes where items should be, and one can clearly see the missing items in the back of the cooler. Shopelsewhere. Read more
This store is constantly out of product on the shelves, but you can clearly see it stacked in backstock. This shows a lack of... initiative and no desire to run a business properly. The staff loves to use their down time to talk and make coffee, but why notstock some shelves. Would recommend consumers shop elsewhere in either direction on Highway 58. Read more
Love this store, it's convenient to where I'm working at this time and all the employees are very friendly. I usually get gas... energy drinks and a big cup of ice, that ice is a life saver when you work in the extreme heat as I do. I've also tried thechicken they make and it's extremely good..I would suggest trying it to anyone. Read more
The pumps need updated very bad. I tried 2 different pumps and buttons didn't work on two. One the screen you can't even see.... Also I wish they had a Diesel pump that's not in the corner that you can't hardly get to. Read more
Let me enlighten yall about this Mapco Mart because i feel like everyone who read the last review got bamboozled. This is the... cool mapco. It is ran by cool people and no matter what people say if you come here you will leave just a little cooler than youalready were. It's a typical convenience store with absolutely nothing special to recommend it above any other. It is usually reasonably clean... and straight, but not impressively so. The customer service is usually okay. Not bad not great. The prices are average to on thehigher side. There is nothing impressive about selection of drinks, food or anything else. If you are closer to here you mightas well stop. There really are no more impressive convenience stores close by. Read more
I miss the racetrack. Doing home project on property in Chattanooga and have been going for 12 days every morning to buy bread... and coffee sense its near by, and not once have the offerd me complimentary coffee within 12 days, and now is when they tell meI have to be a member to get coffee at 69 cents.
