Longhorn Steakhouse is part of the Darden family of restaurants, so it is expected the food will be made of high-quality... ingredients. The steaks we have had have been tender and flavorful. We've never had a bad cut of meat. Today I had the Redrockshrimp, which is grilled in a southwest seasoning and served with melted butter, and it was delicious. It's normally served withrice, but I substituted a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon sugar and steamed broccoli. The steamed broccoli was steamed toa tender state and had a light lemon butter sauce that made it slightly tangy. My husband had the French onion soup, whichfeatured their homemade bread covered in a hearty soup and topped with a nice layer of cheese, which was then baked. Our server,Rebecca, was very attentive. My only negative about this restaurant is that it is long overdue for a remodel and refresh. Read more

I used to order rack of lamb at outback. Some of the outback store discontinued this dish. Some still does, mostly in metro... area. I ordered the rack of lamb sunday. Presentation wise was ok on top, but if you flip the back side of the lamb, you willsee it did not get much of grill. My feeling is kitchen only seared one side then go straight into the oven. Too much pepperput on the lamb. Sauce was good, but not enough. Read more
Delicious menu across the board, and good service. Sirloin steak was tender and flavorful, burgers were really good, and side... dishes were consistently tasty. Loved the fried pickles appetizer. Is a but pricey but the food is great. Would like to see abit more menu variety for non-steak options, otherwise delicious. Read more

Love the spicy shrimp appetizer and the porterhouse steak for two. Porterhouse comes with two sides. I am disappointed that they... quit making homemade tableside steak sauce. I love their Bleu cheese wedge. Their drinks are good, but too expensive. Read more
