Not good! Worst heartburn I?ve ever had! Also, paid for the ?crazy sauce?.. that was half full.

I would avoid this location. it use to have the basic pizzas alway ready. The last 6 times we've stopped to pickup they never... have any of the basic pizzas available. You must wait 20 minutes for a basic pizza to be made. This also happens during offpeak times. Not sure if the management changed. Read more

?Hot n? Ready? is a joke at this location. The last several times I?ve tried to come here over the last year or so, they never... have any hot n? ready pizzas, and the wait is always over 10 minutes, so I just go elsewhere. Read more

Just stopped by. The Food was hot and tasty but the girl at the window was one of the rudest people I?ve ever encountered.... Definitely do not want to interact with her in my future visits. Read more

Damn good late night pizza ???? for 2 guys that just got done working & don't live in Chattanooga either. Pizza was freshly made... in the middle of the week & were closing within the hour. Read more

Very poor experience at this location, never will answer the phone . Went last night after calling 5 times with no answer and... drove out and went thru the drive thru , ordered just a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza . Associate said it would be 10minutes and to pull up . After 40 minutes I went inside and asked what happened to the 10 minute wait which he replied we aredoing all we can do . Several months ago, we ordered pizza via the app and showed up like we always did at the time it suggested. We had done this... same thing many times before without much difficulty. I tend to order for in store pickup and use the pizza portal. Well after40 minutes and getting handed cold pizzas, I asked for the manager to call me. He called me the next day and of courseapologized and refunded my money. He said that he had new people and that things were going to get back to normal once they weretrained and asked that we give them another try. After months of getting pizza at another place with no issues, we tried againto see if things changed. We ordered via the app and showed up when it said. The app even said our pizza went in the oven at657. So, it seems like it would have been done around 705 like the app said. At 710, I went inside thinking something was wrongas I had gotten no email notification and the order tracker had not changed. Well, the counter employees said it was going to bea couple of more minute. While I waited, they served three cars and took one counter order. After 10 minutes of waiting, Iasked to speak with the manager, who was nice and said it was simply a busy night and that my order would just be a few moreminutes. I don't know much about pizza ovens but an order that went in at 657 should probably have come out by 720. Clearly,something was off. He offered to give me some free stuff and asked that I give them another chance. I told him that is what themanager said last time. I asked for refund and he gave me one and also gave me the pizzas. One was hot out of the oven and theother was cold. I don't know what is going on at this store but it was not this way for the 1st year that I lived here but theselast 6 months have been poor service, cold pizzas, and don't care attitudes by employees unless you talk with a manager.Luckily, there is pizza place across the street and another one down the road that provide much better service Read more

I ordered online with the app and chose to pickup at the window. I arrived just as the app indicated it was ready. The girl at... the window said I needed to come inside to pickup my order. I tried to tell her that I had selected to pickup at the window andshe said that when they are busy, you have to come in. There was no one in line or waiting in the store or outside! I parked mycar and walked in and she was scanning my order. I asked again why I had to come inside. She replied that I had to go throughthe portal. I did not interact with a portal. She handed me my pizza and dismissively told me to have a good day. I replied thatshe had poor customer service. She turned away. I frequently pick up pizza from this store. I have had bad experiences beforebut no one has ever been this rude! She does not need to be representing your store. I was tempted to call but I assumed itwould not be handled appropriately if I called today. Please take care of this for your customers sake and for the food of yourstore. AND? They did not cut my pizza!!! Read more
