I never leave a review. But my Togo order was messed up and half missing. We are all at home with the flu so it was brought to... us. I call and let them know it was missing stuff and they say, ?Oh, we heard someone say there was the rest of the order.? Sothey knew they had part of it missing. I asked to have only the messed up part refunded and not the entire order. Themanager/owner then got on phone screaming saying he wouldn?t give me my money back on card unless I drove back. I don?t want tospread the flu and there is nobody to drive back I explain. Still screaming says that?s not his problem and hangs up. I couldhave picked any place to get food from and have never been treated as bad as I was at this place. Times are already hard. Disappointed on the reviews on this one, maybe an off day? Walked in no one to greet us. Finally someone seats us. Get some... chips and salsa. One of the bowls has dried salsa on it... Didn't use it. The water had a dishwater taste to it. Food wasalright, but delivered on yet a dirty plate. Floor was quite dirty as well. Just couldn't get past the filth of this place. You've been here many times, and it is our go to local Mexican restaurant. Today however was an exception to the good quality we... usually receive. I ordered the spicy burrito, and found it to be lacking in both flavor, tenderness, and quantity. The amountof beans and rice I received was minuscule for the $10 price tag, and the meat was dried out . The flavor was less thanappealing. After ordering it took more than 30 minutes for us to get our food, which is not normal. My wife ordered theenchilada Altena, and added lettuce and tomato to it. Great food, terrible service. Went for a late lunch and was the only customer. Asked the waiter if the annoying noise was... going to ever stop and he said it would stop soon. Ergo, I declined to ask to be moved to another table. The noise neverstopped. Asking for a water refill, a chips refill felt like a huge imposition. When I was paying the bill I asked if maybemy question about the noise had suffered from miscommunication and he replied in the most insulting and condescending way that Ishould have asked to change tables. It was the only Mexican food I've eaten in the last four years. I reward great food but Ican't stand rudeness. Voting with my wallet, have no intention of ever going back. Read more
