I went through the drive through thinking I would spent at most 5 minutes waiting. No. I waited at least 10 minutes even though... there was no other customer. Not only that, but they said they would bring my food over but that did NOT happen. Had to go inpersonally and saw workers doing nothing. My food was already ready but they did not bother to come deliever it. I waited for noreason. At that point I am mad and just want my food. One worker had the audacity to raise her voice when I did not respond toher knowing clearly how unproffesional they were. Read more
I hope you have a lot of time to wait. Just because the drive thru is empty get comfy it?s gonna be awhile.
The bbq chicks with bacon seemed so generous. The chicken looked a great size for a chick. Till I bought them a second time and... I realized it?s hallow on the inside. The breading is way bigger than the actual chicken. The chicken is actually smaller thanthe bread square, the breading is coming out about half an inch outside of bread. Meat on the burgers were dark brown and dried out, over cooked We ordered cheese on them with xtra mustard and pickles. We got... no cheese, no mustard but wow we did get 1 or 2 pickles on them ( woo-hoo ) being sarcastic but this Krystal at Ft of SignalMountain always screws up. I took pictures of the food they gave us, gave them a call and will be going back. There is a signstating this location is under new management but if this is the way they continue to put food out to people they may need toclose up and go home..just go home people. Read more
