I used my debit card at this location listed above. This is the only place I used my card today. Arpox. 4 hours later I received... a notification from my bank that some one tried to make a purchase using my card at fashion nova for an amount of $493.68 cents.I have no doubt someone at this location skimmed my card. I have tried calling this store several time and I'm only getting theanswering machine. Read more
The food was better than Krystal's on Hixson pike. Hixson pike location had soggy buns, musta got wet somehow, I had to throw... the whole order out and go hungry, it was so gross. Fortunately, 58 hwy locations food was as good as it gets. Also theservice at the drive thru was superb with friendly accurate service. Read more
Trella is a great manager at this Krystal branch. Every time, my sister and I go to that Krystal's, the manager is always high... spirited, enthusiastic with great charisma. If there is ever an open position that's in upper management, then she is theperfect candidate for the position. Read more
The service was great, however, when I attempted to order my favorite meal of all time, corn pups, I was informed that they are... no longer being served! I can't imagine more disappointing news. The corn pups were the only thing that kept me coming back tothis restaurant. I'll return when they are back on the menu, but until then, I'll be opting for full sized burgers. Read more
Highway 58 Krystal, in Chattanooga Tennessee use to be the ABSOLUTE BEST KRYSTAL, ANYWHERE ! But since the price of everything... has skyrocketed, so has Krystal, but what's worse, is the portions are way smaller !!! I totally LOVE the manager and her staff,at this location, but this is unacceptable. I ordered a 3 egg breakfast combo, at $6.99, and THIS is what I got. I am VERYDISSATISFIED with this, and I probably won't be back, for my breakfast. For what I paid, I can get a better breakfast at WaffleHouse ! Read more
We waited a good 30 minutes to get our food after placing an order on the app & another 10 mins after the app said it was ready.... The drive-thru was packed. It looked like a boat show convention had just ended. Our Krystals were hot & fresh, made to ourspecial order, they hit the spot & were definitely worth the wait. Came through drive through on 7/8/22 roughly 10:00 and ordered the 12 Krystal combo with cheese. They asked how many and I... clarified 12 krystals, with cheese, and a Coke on BOTH drinks. Got up to the window only to find a "Number 1 with cheese"...redflag #1. Told the lady that I ordered the 12 krystal combo, not a number 1...she rang it up....$17 and change....red flag #2.Wait a min, the combo with cheese is right at $18 before tax..."Is that with cheese?" Nope...changed the order again. Got itright that time. 10:30 before I left and when I get home I had a while dozen krystals....WITH NO PICKLES.
