Honestly I would give them a zero if I could. The frys are nasty the drinks taste like cardboard, the buns are hard.all... employees are talking and not doing work, there taking personal calls and can't take orders. Food was great! Fresh and hot. But that wait, whoa, 20 minutes in the drive through. Granted, the drive through attendant did... inform me that they were changing shifts/drawers and that I would have to wait five minutes for the transition, I was dead setthough on a Krystal fix, so I waited it out. I will reluctantly state that is was worth the wait. Normally I wouldn't havewaited, but I had some time to kill. Hopefully it was a one time thing and not their normal. I got two orders of the junkyard fries. And for the 4th time in a row they didn?t put the bacon or ranch but the charge me for... it. From now on I?ll check the bag at the window when they hand it to me and mess up their drive thru times since they want toconsistently Mess up my simple orders. This is the best Krystal I have ever been to and I have been to about 20 different Krystal Restaurants in different states. The... manager is always professional and courteous which explains why her team members always provides expeditious and friendlyservice. Best Krystal in town by far. Remember the slightly greasy ones we all loved back in the day? They make them like that here.... Don?t ever change! ???? One month later: Edited from 5 stars to 1. Received the worst food I?ve even been handed in my life.Old hard Krystals dryer than the dirt of the Mojave desert. Except dirt would have tasted better. Management questioned where Ilived (???) and was incredibly rude. Definitely 100% will not be back. What a shame. Don?t waste your money on these dirtburgers. Gross! I threw them in the garbage, not even a wild animal deserves to eat something that nasty. Edit: the lunchmanager is the best! If you come by any other time, you won?t get the same service or food. After a 15 minute wait at the microphone to order with a jack hammer adjacent to the building making it impossible to hear I was... finally able to order. Once I was finally asked for my order, I had to wait between hammers to say anything, where I was stillmet with an unenthusiastic ?huh?. Eventually I had to yell just to be heard over the jack hammer. Apparently the workers didn?tappreciate that either, because after another 20 mins in line to the Window I was welcomed with screams and laughing in my face.Where at the end of the interaction I was reassured by the worker that I wouldn?t ruin her day. Lastly the food order was stillwrong and what little they did come through with was certainly under Krystal standards. Waited in line for 10 min just to get to the speaker and them tell me they weren't accepting anymore orders for 30 min. It was... 7:35 and they only had 3 cars in line. I've workered at Krystal before... it's not that hard. After stating that I couldn't evenget out of line, the worker said, well, you can just back up. Read more
