Burgers and fries are basically bowling alley food. edible, but you don't go to the alley for food so why come here?
I ordered a double cheese combo and asked for extra onions, pickles and mustard thinking that I would get one or two extra... pickles and onions and a dab of mustard they had me waiting for 5-7 minutes on some food that looked like it was thrown in thetrash and dug out. I couldn't eat it. I had mustard all over my clothes and hands. My husband tries to eat one and it fell inhis lap. SMH Read more

Horrible service... Stopped by Saturday morning (7/16) and asked if they could make me a low carb bowl with fried eggs (that's a... part of another breakfast meal) instead of scrambled eggs. I was immediately told, "No, we can't do that." I left, as I washeading to Hwy 58, so I went in there and ask the same question her response, "Absolutely we can, no problem at all." Stopped bythe one in Fort O Sunday before church, and was told... "We sure can make it that way, no problem." Totally unbelievable thelevels of service you get from different locations.... We went through the Dive Tru. The young man taking our order was very nice. I ordered the meal that has the 3 Bacon Cheese... Krystal's add Mayo w/ Cheese Tots and a large Sweet Tea, Mike ordered 5 chess Krystal's and a large Sweet Tea. He paid for ourordered and the young man handed our 1 large Sweet Tea and a straw and then said it would be a minute on our food. He didn'tcharge us for the second Tea and we had other drinks so we said nothing. In no time at all our food was being handed out to us.1 bag for the Krystal's and 1 for the tots. We parked in the parking lot to eat. All items were there. The Krystal's were niceand hot off the grill. Unfortunately they didn't put my mayo on my burgers. No problem I can eat them without it. The totswere OK. They had very little Cheese on them. But I didn't complain. And yes I will return there again someday soon. Read more
The dining room is closed because of being lazy. There is absolutely no excuse for this. The manager/district manager/VP whoever... oversees this closing of the dining room should be fired and walked out to their car. This is a prime location for Krystal inChattanooga. No drive thru traffic because IT LOOKS CLOSED- looks abandoned. They don?t want to repay their PPP loans so theydon?t hire enough staff, and lie to to government that they can?t find anyone to hire while saying ?no one wants to work!!!? Read more
