Response to Krystal: Thanks for the generic response, but I will never be returning for a visit. Ordered a sackful, asked for... chili. Was told at this location that they don?t sell chili anymore, but it?s still on the menu? THEN, over a 45 minute wait inline at the drive-thru. Shut this place down! The server at the window was super nice, once we GOT to the window. Gave us freesodas AND fries for the overly extended wait, but something needs to be done here. Quick. Read more
I normally get good food but tonight I went and got 3 of the pick 5's and they were terrible. I got some chicks and the bun was... so soggy with what I think was grease from the chicken and the fries were no better, th hey would of been good if they werefresh and hot. Good fast friendly service. Just krystals not just that particular one but, Krystal's in general, does not taste like they used... to. I truly think they have changed the beef they once used. Now the one in Ft. Oglethorpe Ga. Is super slow! Does not evermatter what time of day you get there. Weather you dine in, carry out, or drive thru. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! There were only 2 people in the store (I didn't get their names but I literally just left at 8:44pm, Fri... 9/24/2021) and they rocked! I stopped by this Krystal location, at 7:10pm. There were signs on the windows stating that the dining room was open until 8pm.... I tried both front doors, and they were both locked. As I was turning to walk away, a black female and a white male could beseen, and BOTH SAW ME, in the doorway of the kitchen area. These are the ABSOLUTE MOST INCOMPETENT 'WORKERS' I'VE EVERENCOUNTERED !!! AVOID THIS KRYSTAL AT ALL COSTS !!! I was NOT given entry to this Krystal location. Read more
