Stated drive thru only, with guests eating inside. Rude, lazy, and customer service is seriously lacking. Interrupting guests... while trying to order is also making it take longer to order, as well as, horrible manners. I was pleasantly surprised it was delicious but it was late and they had to drop our food to cook fresh so we did have to wait... 10-15 minutes but the food was hot fresh my mouth is watering just thinking about yes I will be back though I am afraid that thenext time it will be back to the same though told wimpy food. They gave me two raw biscuits after I asked about the menu. Every time I go it?s a bad experience I will not be going to this... location again. Customer service is terrible and drive thru workers have a terrible attitude. Worst experience at a drive thru. Read more

We went on a Friday night which I know can be busy and hectic. Most restaurants and fast food establishments are very... understaffed. My complaints are things were substituted without informing us. We ordered extra crispy 16 piece meal and gotoriginal recipe with almost exclusively legs and thighs. Instead of biscuits we got toasted slider bread. The flavor was stillgood and the staff very friendly or I would have given this a 2 star rating. Make sure and communicate with the customer if youare going to have to make substitutions. Read more
It just wasn't what I expected. The new "Wagyu" burger I ordered was completely trash, it seemed as if it was microwaved with... the lettuce and tomatoes. For $7 I expected a better experience. Wow! Read more
