The staff didn't listen when my husband placed our order. He ordered extra biscuits and had to ask for them at the window, also... my order was supposed to be original recipe but they gave us crispy. My husband brought my order back in, it was supposed to beoriginal recipe breast and wing. This time they gave us original, but it was a back or thigh ( not sure which) and a tiny leg.We just gave up. I didn't enjoy my meal as much, because I don't ever eat crispy chicken at KFC. This was a great experience! The staff made my day! I made an online order for 12:15pm. I guess since I placed the order while... in central time zone (I live really close to the line) It automatically changed it to 1:15pm the next day when I drove into theeastern time zone. I called the help line & they said I could not change it & that the store wouldn?t either. I called the localstore anyway & she said she could change it no problem & asked what time I wanted it. The lack of organization during a shift is pretty bad. Ppl need to be assigned by mgmt. the drive thru and front counter.... Everyone seems to be neglecting on keeping and eye on customers waiting.
