1 star only because 0 stars is not an option. I used to order from here weekly but they are now understaffed and the employees... do not know how to communicate with customers. I placed an online order for pickup and after standing at the pick up area for10 minutes I notice my sandwich was already made and ready to be bagged on the back table. I asked if I could grab it and theyoung punk employee told me to get in the 20 person line and wait behind all the store customers that hadn't even placed anorder yet. Management here needs to clean house and start over with employees. I will never go back to a Jimmy Johns again. Read more
