The worst Jimmy John's in the country. They never have bread, and when they do, its stale. They have one of the most obnoxious... cashiers on the planet running drive-thru. They close in-shop for no reason. It's just bad. Read more
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but a warning needs to be made to other would-be patrons. This location is VERY hit-or-miss,... and today's miss was the last time. I've had deliveries come reeking of cigarette smoke (infecting the food's taste), I've beentold on several different occasions that they've run out of bread, and today, my delivery had hair in the food. Shame on me forgiving this location benefit of the doubt; I won't be making that mistake any longer. Read more
I got #12 Beach .... Was very good ...fresh bread and lots of provolone cheese! Was a little on the salty side but I skipped... the chips so did okay. Quick service and clean environment made it a good experience. Had not been since first opened. Willbe back soon to try roast beef. Read more
Igou gap location of Jimmy John. Ordered 6 inch sub, whole wheat extra guack... Rude employee very rude.. Sharply .. "sandwich... at end of line".. I asked what line as i have never ordered before. She points.. Continues to wait on 4 more customers.Someone yells out sandwich ready. I did not order a sandwich. One other employee standing around looking at money in his pocketand still another employee in the back . Not certain what she was doing. Another customer right after me ordered. Place is a joke. I went through and was told at the box they could only take cash payments. So I went right next door literally... 30 seconds away and got cash at the atm because it was convenient. I pulled back through and wasn?t greeted. I pulled around andtold the girl at the window I wanted to order and she tells me they?re closing an hour early because they don?t have enoughpeople to make sandwiches? Read more
The service and quality has dropped at this location recently (Igou Gap Rd). On 6/22/22 I ordered a country club and... unsweetened iced tea at the drive through window. No sweetener of any type, no salt or pepper, no bag, no napkins, no straw. Iblew the horn and no one came back to the window. Read more
Sent them an email with my experience a couple weeks ago with a picture of a hair in my sandwich and they haven?t responded yet... and I don?t think they will. This is the second time it?s happened and I find it a bit ridiculous that I couldn?t even receive acall saying sorry that you had to eat someone else?s hair. Read more
The sandwich was fine. But the guy at the drive through was really the crowing jewel. Made us all laugh.
