The food I got at this location compared to one in hixson area was sub par.. it's right at lunch time and the burger I received... looked lifeless. Would love to leave zero starts but wasn?t given the option. Went up at 9:20pm Wednesday night, was ignored at the speaker &... then cut off half way thru my order & forced to order at the window. I wanted chicken strips (or a sandwich when I couldn?t havestrips) & lemonade, neither of which was available? Was charged 2$ for cheap bottled water? Yet still charged for combo mealwith the drink I didn?t want? Asked for Large fries with both meals, received barely full smalls. 100% UNIMPRESSED. Tried to dothe survey on the receipt & didn?t have the right code. Waste of 13$ Read more
Food was fresh but the biscuits were falling apart bc they were so soft. I like light biscuits but definitely feel as if they... could've been baked a few minutes longer. Service was fast and friendly! Read more
Jack's used to be very good food at a great price. I understand that it's difficult to get anyone to work these days, and the... quality of food is suffering for it. So maybe someone in the Corporate office will see this. The last several times I havegotten breakfast, it's always been greasy, soaked in butter and just a bad taste. It's the same whether it's a biscuit or one ofthe breakfast platters. I haven't bothered to try any of the other items. Read more
Little girl working the window on 6/23/22 was rude. She was obviously on her phone and had air pods in, using the GD word like... it was ok! My kids even heard her. Plus we waited 20 minutes for my food. Had to go in and ask what was taking so long. Noemployee to be found! Finally, a guy came up and put my order in a bag within 3 seconds. Just avoid this place!! First time going to a Jack's Came thru the drive-thru, ordered the Little Jack, fries, 1/2 and 1/2 tea. Burger is good, doesn't... get soggy and fall apart, I'm not a fan of crinkle fries but the seasoning on the fries is so good I ate them all, the tea isreally good. They were short staffed today but still moved us thru pretty quickly. The sweet young lady at the window was verykind and apologized for the wait. The wait was not bad at all.. I used to go there every morning before work. I would stop in at around 7:30 like clock work. The last 2 times I have been... there, it has taken 20 minutes to get my food from the time I order and it almost makes me late for work. Not only that, but theorder was wrong the last 3 times. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over 10 years before my current job, and Ihonestly feel bad for the people. I understand it?s hard to find people, but if you can?t find people then corporate ormanagement needs to step in and make things correctly so it doesn?t negatively impact the business. I know I will not go hereuntil they get their stuff together. Many of my coworkers feel the same way, and have since been going to Burger King,McDonald?s or Taco Bell for breakfast because it is consistent and it doesn?t take forever to get food. I would love to go here,but for the price of the food, it should be quicker and correct when you get it. Please let me know when this is handled. I hateto leave but I can?t keep risking my job to watch other people struggle to get it together. Read more
