Absolutely one of the best out-to-eat meals we've had in a while. Drinks from the bar were worth the expense too. The staff was... very friendly and quickly fixed a missed order. Carrot cake dessert best ever! We highly recommend the Chattanooga location. Ateout on the porch due to having our dog, the temperature was cool but we fired up the gas heater and it was very comfortable. Read more

My husband and I went to J Alexander's on Sunday evening. We love this establishment. The wait was not long, the hostesses... were very kind. We enjoyed a lovely date night here. The service was wonderful. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. I got the special, steak... with mushrooms and onions in a sauce, and my husband got the prime rib. The steaks were cooked perfectly! I had a great experience. My lemon drop was delicious. The steak Maui was excellent. I will definitely come back.

I just loved this place. Favorite atmosphere, comfortable seating, extensive menu, great service, fairly priced and a "side car"... with my lemon drop. I basically got two for the price of one ($11.) The ahi tuna salad was excellent, and whichever salad hubbygot he said was real good too. Haha. We hit it for a late lunch on a Thursday. I wish I lived closer. Easy off and on thehighway. Read more

We ordered the fillet mignon, with the popcorn shrimp and it was wonderful. The environment inside was very unique. It was... definitely a great experience. My party and I enjoyed our meal. It was our first time eating here. The service was great and the atmosphere was nice. My... husband had a So-cal burger that he enjoyed. My salad was delicious.
