My husband and I came to this location on Sunday. It was almost empty. There were only two tables that had occupants. It took... them several minutes to come take us to a table. Our wait would have been longer, but an employee passing through opened theback door and told the wait staff there were people waiting. Our waitress was nice, but we only saw her a couple times. The manthat brought our food to the table was more attentive than our waitress. He seemed to be doing everything from cooking, serving, and bussing tables. The restaurant had half of the tables covered with used dishes and there was napkins and food on the floorwhen we first walked through. It was cleaned up shortly after we sat down. I was surprised that so many tables were left dirtyand not cleaned and made ready for the next customer. Apparently customer service is not a priority here. The only shining lighton my whole d experience was the man who brought our food. He seems to be the only hard working employee here. Without him, thisplace would suffer. His name is Keith. He?s an artist as well.He made our experience good and the food was ok too. Read more

Since COVID this once excellent restaurant has had some hard times with servers. This particular visit was wait for someone to... seat you, and then wait for them to take your order, and then wait for your food to arrive. This was breakfast, should be quickin and quick out like use-to-be, it's pancakes and coffee, 45 minutes was our total time there, not the only ones with thisissue. The food was good and just the way we ordered and we were not in a hurry so we enjoyed our visit and the waitress wasreal kind. I really hope this restaurant gets going soon or I feel it will not make it much longer. Read more

Wellllllll, we had to wait a while at the door. Employees passed by several times but no one addressed us at all. Finally I... stopped a young lady whom I assumed was a manager and asked were they serving this morning. She apologized and begin to grabcondiments to seat us. At this time I informed her that there were two other patrons that were there before us that had not beenseated two. Again she apologized and requested ALL of us follow her (blank look we all had). We were seated at separate tablesand drink orders were taken at my table. When they were brought out, we placed out order. When our food finally came out, it washot and delicious but that was literally 45 minutes later from the order placed time. I would have left but it was my little 6years old grand choice and I didn't want to discourage him. It was determined that they were short staffed,, as all otherrestaurants are also suffering too. Visit #2, August 30th. My experience was horrible. We were seated at approximately 10:45.Order taken about 11am. The young lady came by to check on us several times. Approximately 11:45 half of our order came out(which was wrong and cold). Advised the waitress that some items were missing. It was so late we just went with it being cold. Then I see that my order was wrong. She came back and got the plate to have it remade. Mind you, several people that cameafter us had their food and was almost finished. The waitress came back out with only my side item, which was hot. I asked forcondiments when our table never received. She came back 4 more times advise me that they were still remaking my order. Nowit's 1pm, I finally advise the young lady this was unexceptible, and she advise she would send over a manager. Manager cameover, I explained our dissatisfaction and advise we didn't feel we should pay for anything. She said okay and walked off. Wetipped the waitress and began to leave. The waitress advised we would have to pay for all the cold food. Re Read more

I visited this IHOP with my children who wanted to go as an end of summer treat. First, we arrived and waited 10 minutes before... any of multiple employees even acknowledged us (there were only 4 tables with patrons at the time). I finally had to ask if wecould be seated only to have them act as though it was a rude question. Then, none of the items my children wanted that theyhad seen advertised were available. Nor were the "spooky pancakes" being promoted on the table. Nor was orange juice.... Wefinally get our food. We had no silverware or napkins. I get up to search the restaurant as there are now no employees in siteand have to carry my baby to the front desk to get our own silverware. We are ready to leave and request our check. Instead, our waitress goes and gets the check of someone else who asked after me, ran the card and brought it back and refilled multiplebeverages. After 10 minutes, my credit card sitting on the table the entire time, I had to again request the check. What aterrible experience. Your staff could not have treated me any more poorly and ruined what should have been a special day for myboys. I was very disappointed and will be sure to share my opinion with others. Clearly your restaurant does not want familiesto visit. Read more

Apparently the restaurant had some sort of problem before I arrived. Rather than seat people and give them coffee or something,... people had to wait in the lobby. Eventually three parties ahead of me were seated. I had the privilege of still standing ignoredat the reception desk. Finally a young man, who I believe was a server, asked if I?d been helped. He was very polite, but stillhad to wait for the person whose job it was to seat me to come back. She ultimately did seat me, with no apology or explanationfor the wait. As I waited 10 minutes plus for my coffee, never mind ordering, another group complained that they?d been waiting40 minutes for their food, which when brought out, was given to the wrong table. They requested boxes to take the food theydidn?t have time to eat. No boxes were ever delivered. When my food was brought out I had to ask for utensils, as did the tablenext to me. Another table was told the restaurant was out of creamer, and couldn?t do a grilled cheese for some unknown reason. For this privilege, four crepes and coffee, I was charged $13.20, and had to wait over 15 minutes to pay as I sat totallyacknowledged. The restaurant was not busy. I highly discourage anyone from ever going to this IHOP. I?d have been better offwaiting until my car was out of the shop to get to a decent place, even if it meant skipping a couple meals. Read more

We walked out. I was a server for 8 years and my husband was a kitchen manager for 4 years. We have never walked out of anywhere... and are extremely understanding when it comes to restaurant situations. But waited an hour for only half our food to come outand it was wrong. Never recieved my drink. It was a very poor experience. Pictures to show old fries. Hashbrowns withoutcheese. My husbands coffee was never refilled. And I never recieved my coffee. This is probably due to staffing. But this was aterrible experience Read more
