DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! STAY AWAY! My wife and i went for breakfast 11/6 and we waited 25 mins before anyone working there... even bothered to look our way. They were NOT that busy. The workers we rude and very disrespectful towards ALL customers. Westayed for 1 hour. No drinks, no service...NOTHING! I will NEVER give huddle house my business again. If youre in theChattanooga area dont waste your time. By the time we finally got up and left 3 more tables followed because they were there thesame amount of time as us and got the exact same service we got...NONE Read more
I LOVED Huddle House until my last visit. I ordered pickup through Door Dash. My son went to pick it up and they refused to give... him my order. They needed a verification email. He showed it,They wanted what was ordered. He told them. The last 4 on hiscard,matched. Door Dash wouldn't refund because we picked up ourselves,and Huddle refused. A hour or so later, I arrived and hehad got the food. I asked for the manager,the lady said wasn't one. I've called the owner Greg,regional,and district with noresponse. I usually order delivery, but this time I ordered take out that was supposed to be ready for pickup by 9:13. I arrived early but... sat in my car until 9:13. I had to wait inside the restaurant until 9:30 before I received my food. I was aggravated by my waitwithout any apology, but I understand many restaurants are dealing with short staffs with increased demand. My food was reallygood, as usually though. We got up to the building and my husband was like this is where we are going? I said yepp we walked in and he was like oh wow!... The cleanest one yet! Much cleaner than the one by home that we always go too. Can?t help that.. we love the food! I get thesame thing always.. my husband changes it up, always great! Our waitress was an older shorter lady with black hair. At first wewere not sure if she was kind of a crabby old lady or not? well my husband made a little joke and she burst out laughing! I ordered and paid on-line. When my son got to restaurant to pik up food, it was not ready nor would it be prepared. He was... told the cook was not in and on-line orders weren'tprepared! I didn't get my food and didn't get a refund to my card while myson was at restaurant. Staff told him we had contact our bank to canceled transaction. They didn't canceled transaction andmoney was still taken out of my account. I have called since Saturday am till 5pm and no one answers despite website sayscloses @ 6pm. I went by and doors locked and staff gone. I need help to get my refund! Read more

We waited a long time before they even brought the menu and had to go to the counter and request to be served every step of the... way after that (when we were ready to order, needed ketchup, and were ready for our check. Our drinks were not refilled). ServerGmama was difficult to understand and quickly become outright aggressive with me when I asked for a pancake instead of sausage.A simple ?we can?t do that? would have sufficed but she scolded me like a child in a principal?s office, telling me I ?know fullwell? that she can?t do that despite the fact that I have never met her, only been once before, and most certainly did not know(I clarified that I was willing to pay for the pancake). The order took a long time and came out incorrect, all of the food wascold, and it was of pretty unimpressive quality for the price which was somehow over $37 before tax or tip for two people. Itupset our tummies immediately. Just go to Waffle House or IHOP or anywhere else, really. Read more
