Was great! Was slightly busy but we were seated right away by a taller blonde lady, and waited on by a young lady Named Amber.... She was very polite, and quick. Food came out fast we got an appetizer, nachos, when she sat them down at the table her wordswere?wow! Those are the best looking nachos I have seen come out of there!? And they tasted just as great! The cooks did great!We ordered our lunch and it came out fast as well and looked wonderful! The chicken was delicious! I only could eat half of mine! One this that we did notice as we were ?people watching? as others call it ??????????? while waiting for our food to come , isthat the waitresses ( all but ours ) barley smiled at all while the were walking through .we smiled and they looked at us likewe had ten heads ?????????????? smile and enjoy the job you have ! On a scale of 1 to 10 I?d give my experience a light 4! The ONLY reason is my server was very helpful. Food was OK at best. ... But food for the money ? I?d say a strong 0! For what I got this place is grossly overpriced! I for one will not bevisiting again and I?ll let anyone know why! Ridiculous. Much better pricing, food and service just about ANYWHERE Else yougo! Since I was in that part of town and it was mid-late Sunday afternoon I stopped by to have a glass of wine and order takeout for... dinner. Everyone there was very friendly and nice. The 2 girls at the bar were fairly busy but also very efficient. Theycarded me as required even though I'm in my 60's. I found the overall feeling there was a 10 out of 10! I drank 2 glasses ofMerlot, chatted with the bartenders/girls and my order came out fairly quickly! The buffalo wings and chili cheese fries weredelicious and perfect! Hooters still performs. However I can not get a hot enough chicken wing these days. Staff and management does well. They now... cut you off at two large ( 22 oz )? Beers. That does disappoint. Still an enjoyable atmosphere. Read more
I have to first say the girls working were super friendly and helpful this reviews does not reflect there performance at... all. The reason I gave two stars is the girls and cool atmosphere. Now to the real meat and potatoes. To the management I findit unbelievable in 2021 that you do not have anything for someone with a gluten allergy? A large population of the US isbecoming more and more sensitive or have an allergy to gluten Aka wheat barley, Rye. You do have a gluten free menu but youmight as well cross off anything grilled cause everything is grilled a one big grill. No way to stop cross contamination there.I was told the fries have a dedicated frier to find out the cheese sticks which are breaded are fried with them too. ???? Thatonly leaves a Salad without croutons and no meat just plain or steamed clams /shrimp. (Not this guy) So I just had my mangoLemonade and took my grill chicken salad and grill mahi mahi home to someone else because I didn't want an allergic reaction tobeing cooked on one big grill. I would high recommend you buy the gluten-free buns or bread and at least have a skillet toprepare food for customers with allergies. Just my opinion but you would have more customers and add more diversity so this badeconomy to help your business. I saw your company on undercover boss show. If they want ideas have them contact me. Hooters is our go-to place for wings. We like the naked wings with dry rub. They also have good beer. The service is always very... good. This time we wanted to try the smoked and roasted wings, but they were out. The reason I gave it four stars instead of 5is that there were at least 4 things we asked for, and they were out. Read more
