Great location! Nice staff. With that said, the pillows were pitiful. By far the worst I?ve ever had in a hotel room. Cotton... balls in a sack is a great description that another reviewer used. The water in the shower barely got passed warm and that wasonly for the first minute in there. The hotel seemed like it was just remodeled. I guess they just didn?t get around to newpillows and water heaters. Read more

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was nice. I gave it a 3 because it shows a hot tub in the pictures... but it doesn?t have one anymore, it has been removed, seems like false advertising because we would have chosen a differenthotel. The pool was very warm. Also, the breakfast starts later on weekends which did not help us and they charge for theircoffee in the lobby. Read more

The location of this hotel was perfect for the plans we had. Many restaurants are within walking distance of hotel. Rooms were... recently renovated and I particularly like the room layout (had the king size bed). Plenty of storage in the room. I check inclerk was Chris. He was so courteous and friendly and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations which we did try. Read more

Arrived at 4:00pm to check in. Room was not ready at check in. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, the room was still not... ready. Ended up having to leave to come back to Atlanta. You would think they could get the room ready within an hour and 15minutes. But I guess not. Don?t even know how long it would have taken because we did not stick around long enough to find out.Don?t waste you time booking this property. Unless you have plenty of time to sit around in their lobby. Silver lining??..thelobby is pretty nice. I paid $383 for a king room with a balcony. It was a premium room. Read more

This was just an okay experience. For the price and being a Hilton, I expected better. 1st off, our room had dirty diapers that... were left in the room. Not a huge deal but annoying because my 2 year old found them. Granted they were in the safe so maybe thecleaners aren?t required to look in there but Yuck! We went to get into the pool and hot tub (I love a good hot tub and one ofthe reasons we chose the hotel because the pictures clearly show a hot tub) only to find out they?ve taken it out. So that needsto be updated because it?s a bummer if you chose a hotel on the Amenities they DONT have!! Since we didn?t have the hot tub, Ifigured I would go outside and light the fire pit they have and guess what?? didn?t work. front desk was nice so there?s that.Overall I wouldn?t stay here again and we are a Hilton family. We were looking forward to a nice quick getaway to Chattanooga for the weekend and were so disappointed by our stay at Hilton... Garden Inn. We were springing for a luxury experience and the price was premium, but the place was severely understaffed, thestaff seemed overworked and overwhelmed. This comes across to guests as a clear management problem. The breakfast buffet, forwhich we were charged $12.95/person had no cream, no orange juice, we had to wait for someone to wash silverware and bring itback out, and all of the plates, cups etc were disposable. There was one staff person responsible for taking orders, bussingtables, refilling coffee, and running food and she seemed so overworked, the mother in me got up to help her out. There were atleast 20-25 people bottle necking around the breakfast area and it was a nightmare. There is no excuse for this, it'suncomfortable for guests and is a toxic work environment for people who were clearly working hard. The pool was like a giant hottub and was too hot for our young kids to swim and enjoy. This was a bummer because the pool was one of the main reasons wechose to stay here. The whole place seemed dingy and basic. We won't be staying here again, even if the location is amazing,it's not worth the money or the hard feelings of seeing such an awful workplace for nice people. We were also charged a dailyparking rate even though the lot was full and we couldn't find a spot on our second night. I plan to dispute this charge with mycredit card company as it wasn't reflected on the receipt I was given at check-out. Read more

Not a lot to complain about! Very friendly service from the front desk to the breakfast buffet, very accessible EV chargers, and... great proximity to local restaurants. A minor nitpick would be the rooms. Shower didn't get quite hot enough for my leatherskin, and there is no easy way to play things on the television (Netflix/YouTube/Prime). Both minor nitpicks. Very easy torecommend. Read more

The hotels' location is its best feature and it seems to capitalize on that. There is no onsite parking. The rate is pretty high... and they charge for breakfast. This weekend the only elevator was out of service and I was on the fourth floor. My room wasgood, it was clean. It was better than a Motel 6 but not as good as a Holiday Inn with parking. Read more
