Inside wasn't open so I went thru the extremely long drive thru. Ordered a super sausage biscuit, 2 sausage biscuits and a... butter biscuit. Got my order and pulled off. Decided to check before I left. My bag has the super sausage biscuit and 2 butterbiscuits. That's when I tried to go back inside. Door was locked so I had to sit in the drive thru line again. Hadn't been to a Hardees in years. Disappointed with the food. We each got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Both were barely warm... and my biscuit was a crumbled mess. Service was friendly. Read more
Don't waste your time. More expensive than McDonald's. Even worse on quality. Sandwiches stay under a heat lamp for hours.
Breakfast on the go. Made to order it seems any more. The biscuits clearly are made ahead, but no matter what Hardee's... anymore, we wait for food. PERSONALLY, I don't mind. As long as that wait time gives me hot fries, sandwich, and drink maderight. Especially for the money spent anymore. Fast food prices are as much as sit down restaurants. Read more
I went through the drive thru and got the worst meal I have ever eaten at Hardee's. The bacon wasn't done, and the cheese wasn't... melted. The hash rounds had been sitting there for a long time. I needed to use the restroom. Dining room supposed to open at 8am, but it never did open while I was sitting there til at least 8:30 am. I use to eat here all the time. NASTY! Parking lot, inside restaurant, and employees were NASTY! After waiting longer than we should have for our OVER... MICROWAVED FOOD. The orders were still NOT right and employees could have cared less. Apparently serving FREE food to employeefriends and families is more important than cleaning the restaurant and serving paying customers. Wish I could RATE them aNEGATIVE 5. We will NOT be going to HARDEES again!!! They are getting 1 star because it doesn't go NEGATIVE! Read more
Best ever, if you're into long lines both inside and in the drive through, having your food shoved into the smallest bag... possible to assure they are all smashed together, employees who shout how they can't handle all these people in line, andbringing your food home to realize some of it has been left out, and this is not a one time thing. This location is at leastgood at one thing, consistency.... consistency poor service. And yes, it came out of the bag just like this. Read more
