Food was good, dining room not open, why won't you people open your damn dining room? Going through the drive through, you... never know what you're going to get, and sure enough, the only special sandwich that we had wasn't even close. Service hasimproved at this location since my last visit, and actual adults behind the counter. A definite improvement. Read more

It not that hard to read directions... They always getting my order wrong or gave me someone else order... Plus they are really... slow the lady in the front act like she doesn't want to be there everytime I see her just quit that'll solve that problem Read more

It's rare that I get to eat Hardee's anymore. The Lookout Valley/Tiftonia location opens and closes while I'm at work. I... happened to be off today, so I stopped by this location in between errands. The food was made well (although the patties didn'tlook like 1/3lb patties as they should for a monster burger). For a $12 meal, it's kind of ridiculous to charge 50¢ for lettuceadded. Where I'm from (Indianapolis) Hardee's never charges for added lettuce and I've never been charged more than 30¢ at anyrestaurant I've been to. With that being said, the food was good, fast, and service was friendly with a smile so I can'tcomplain too much. Read more

Ok this is the 2 ND review. It's not going to be as good as the first. There are exceptions at play however. A young woman by... the name of Tomeka, she creates the best biscuits I've ever put in my mouth since my mom's. They are fabulous. This restaurantis under a shift mgr. By the name of Billie. The anger of the employees at each other is kinda bothering because they do it infront of the guest. However I do not blame the shift mgr. Now what's the main reason for coming the food. This restaurant hasamazing well prepared food. Just for the record customer service is lacking but I think they are working on it.
