We loved the cheese pizza, fajita pizza, and chef salad. You can really tell the quality and freshness of the ingredients, so... good!! My son absolutely loved their cherry cheesecake. Great customer service, lady was very nice. Glad we found this localspot, we will be back again! Read more

Usually this place has great food. Unfortunately this time it was not good at all. I usually have the Italian cheesesteak but... my previous visit it tasted terrible. So my husband ordered the Italian cheesesteak sandwich and I ordered a small pizza hasbeen around $8 but it was like $18 for three meats also all of the menu items have doubled in price. Not worth the trip anymore. Read more

My most recent visits have not been good. Let me start by saying. This use to be an amazing Pizza place. It seems more so now,... than before they have started down a slow spiral. It shows the lack of quality of using good ingredients. The pizza, no matterwhich you order. Pepperoni or veggies. The pizza is full of Grease. In the past we ordered with several different meat, sofigured maybe it was grease/fat possibly bc of the meat. No....it's from the cheap cheese being used. We paid $40 for our orderso...for a large salad (garden) (lettuce appeared to have been soaked as it had been sitting in water, 2 slices of tomato, 2slices of cucumber & a pinch of shredded carrots that also appeared to have been soaked in water. With bare minimum of what isusually on a garden salad) then we order garlic bread obviously wrong term as we were handed literally a garlic toastedbun.... We won't be back. I hate this too.... I've been going to Gondolier forever. But after this. I won't again. My husbandcouldn't even leave the house the day after eating his pizza. I gave mine away. Tossed bread & what couldn't be salvaged of thesalad into the trash. Total waste of $$, time, gas. Right now, people can't afford to waste these things. We decided we willspend an extra 5 min to drive, spend an extra $10. Just to go downtown on Market St to Community Pie. They aren't as expensiveand use way better ingredients. Don't get me wrong. They DO have some pricey menu items. But...I can assure you. The quality ofthe food & service. Can't be beat. Everything from the crust, toppings, service, side orders, etc. Is exceptionally great!! Doyourself a favor. Take a trip to visit them. I have a feeling after this trip. Our experiences and others experiences. Gondolierwill be just one of those old joints struggling to keep up, or they'll toss in the towel. Very sad, indeed. They used to begreat! I can remember the place they had on 58. It was amazing. But employees took more pride in their work Read more

The food and service used to be fantastic but now ????. I bought a house calzone. All I got was red sauce, a ton of veggies, and... maybe 2 or 3 pepperoni. I called to complain, my name and number was provided for a call back from a manager. That has yet tohappen. Read more

Pizza is usually good. I?ve tried salads (awful), and today a dessert(shameful). I understand packaging is an issue right now... for restaurants, but I got a piece of cheesecake on a styrofoam plate that was Saran wrapped lol No wonder it was mush when itgot to me. If you?re gonna charge almost $8, at least go out of your way to get proper packing. (Gordon?s Food Service is a lifesaver for my restaurant. And even though it?s an inconvenience, I go at least once a week so my guests don?t suffer for mysuppliers short comings?just a thought) Update: just getting to start eating the pizza we ordered & there?s NO pizza sauce ????what a Waste of money lol Read more

This Gondolier pizza place was my most favorite pizza place in Chattanooga until this visit. I can't put my finger on it but... this was not a good visit. It's all about the flavor. Topings are typically more expensive but I'll pay for it if the qualityremains. Mushrooms were canned and tasteless. My wife and I agree something was off. They say, "The best fertilizer for yourbusiness is the foot steps of the owner" Juan was not there last night nor his wife. I felt the pepperoni was sparse. Like one1 to 2 small slices per piece. I hope they figure it out and no owner presence and another unrelated job being offset with highprices will not solve business problems Read more

A secret gem in the local pizza scene! This place is a go-to favorite. The Greek Special Pizza is especially unique and... fantastic! The salads are amazingly fresh and the wings are BIG, hot and crispy. We don't live near this restaurant but weoften make the drive to pick up a pie, salad and wings. This place is a MUST try!
