We haven't had Sushi in over a year, transplants from New England. I brought her here, fingers crossed, hoping for some great... food. In fact, the Sushi was delicious. We got three different rolls, all clearly freshly made, high quality ingredients, withwell prepared sides. The tempera was precisely made, the portions are appropriate, creating a great mix of tastes. We choosethe sit down traditional food service, but they also offer a Hibachi style meal experience. The restaurant is very busy, andyou can tell. How? Well, aside from the lines, the interior is frankly a bit worn. Looks like she's so busy as a place ofdining, that the staff are too busy to give her a deep cleaning. So, here's the rub, you get good food, at a pretty busy andwell serviced restaurant, but, you can't spend too much time looking at the interior, or you might wish that they cleaned her upa bit. The food is delicious here! The prices are great for such a good meal. I got the steak and it was perfectly cooked and... absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend eating the fried rice with the white sauce. Definitely coming back soon for more! Read more

Overall, the visit was ok. Issues were lack of staff, restuarant appearance could use some extra cleaning mainly floors.... However, what staff was there was going non-stop. Ok, so me and my husband are major travelers who LOVE to post our reviews after our visits. This place was fun! We got a singing... sous chef! He was great and very entertaining! The food was excellent! Tender chicken and steak! I ordered a long Island tea theservice on getting it to me a little slow. It was busy there on Christmas day. I would post 5 stars but, older restaurant!!!Great staff!! If you dont ask for the type of dressing on our salad you will get the house dressing. BEWARE! My husband and I went here for lunch. We ordered quite a bit of sushi and nigiri. Here is where the issue started. I... ordered two sweet shrimp nigiri (4 pieces in total) these are usually served cooked. Eating completely raw shrimp or shelf fishin general, creates a very high risk of food poisoning and different kinds of bacteria. We?ve eaten here several times so I knewwhat it usually looks like. We brought it up to the server, which she said it?s supposed to be like that and then she walkedoff. If she would have offered to at least correct the issue it would have been fine, however we ended up getting charged thefull amount for the 4 pieces, which I only ate one then I realized it, and stopped eating. - $20 for 4 pieces We will notreturn.
