Still some of the best burgers around. My only complaints are that the onion on the burgers should be sliced, not chopped, they... shouldn't be white onions (Valencia onions are the PERFECT onion for a burger), and WAY too much salt on the fries. Read more
Always love this restaurant. Burgers are customizable so you choose how delish you want it. Is a little more on the $$ side, but... worth every bite. Burgers are fresh and fries are as well, they usually fill the bag up with those. Read more

10/8/22 11:22AM Girl (with the thick extra eyelashes, receipt says Makenzie G) who took our order got the burgers wrong, but the... toppings were right. I ordered a little burger, not a little cheeseburger, and my husband order the same thing but with cheese.We got and paid for a little cheeseburger and a regular cheeseburger (with 2 patties). Should have checked the receipt as soonas we got it. Lesson learned. Got check others work. I think she was too busy looking around/past us at other customer like weweren't standing right in front of her. Read more
Everything on the menu is good, and you build your own burger from a large list of possibilities. A large fry is more than most... people can eat. Like most quick serve restaurants, service is not usually exceptional. Read more
So I had my daughter order five guys fries but they sent the order on DoorDash to a different location. But I was right next to... the Gunbarrel Road location. But the app would not let me switch it. So I went into the store and the manager gave me the friesonce he looked at my app and confirmed my order was paid for. In the meanwhile we were still in correspondence back-and-forthwith DoorDash on the app at first they wouldn?t refund it not until we left the store. Once they refunded my order I realized atthis point that I had fries for free. So I went back into the store and told the manager what had happened and told him thatthey refunded me the order and that the fries that he gave me were free I went in that day to place two orders of fries but onlyto make up for the one order that was already paid for. The manager rewarded me for being honest and only charge me for oneorder of fries. And thank me for being honest. I feel honorably grateful for managers like these. I go into a 5 Guys knowing what I?m going to get and what I?ll have to pay for it. So while it?s a bit pricy, I do know it?s... going to be a good burger. The peanuts get them bonus points and keep them at a 5 star. This location was no exception. Thewait and staff were as expected. Read more
