I love Fire House Subs but the satisfaction with employees to customer is lacking in Red Bank TN. These kids were throwing boxes... of chips over the counter and acting wiley. Two employees were being composed and well the rest were just acting like childrenwith no supervision...This place needs MAJOR supervision and care or its gonna fail! I won't come back or bring any kids to thislocation after this experience! Read more

I normally really like this restaurant. My family and I have come five times in the past two months. Everybody is always... excited. The last four times before yesterday were great. The sandwiches were always spot on. But yesterday something wasdifferent with the bread. Drastically different. Very dry and firm and not the normal soft hot bread you expect at fire house. Itold Tom and he very quickly made a new one. But it was the same way. That?s when my family and I got frustrated. We weren?t madand we didn?t want anything free but Tom had an answer for everything. Instead of being apologetic he simply acted defensiveeven when one of his regular customers confirmed what I was saying was true with her sandwich. All he did was try to shut usdown and act like everything was perfect and did not want to hear what I had to say. I would?ve talked more to him afterwardsbut I?m not the type of person to make a huge deal in a restaurant over a sandwich and start an argument. He had everyopportunity while we talked to try to make it right and his defensiveness made all of us not want to return to his store. I?mnot saying the customer is always right. There are some real jerks out there. But to hear a concerned customer talk about adrastic difference in their product and not taking them seriously is not the sign of a good leader. Will not return. I like ordering online and for the last few weeks I haven't been able to when I wanted. Was notified by a manager that she has... been turning off the online orders. The inside was empty. If I was the owner I would be very upset. Thats alot of loss money Read more

Horrible experience. Tom the manager or poor excuse of a manger is the worst excuse for a human being there is. Called me and... wife back and accused us of cussing his employee and then hung up. What a loser. Please stay away from this horrible location. Read more

I went to the Red Bank location today, walked in, ordered and they told us they were closing in 2 mins. They told us to get it to... go or we could eat it outside in 95? weather. Their Facebook page clearly states 9:00 PM. I love your Brisket sandwich but theone I had at the Cleveland location was full of fat. So needless to say, I went to McCallister's once again. Oh, it wasn't justtonight that they close. The redhead in there said it was every night. Read more
