This is absolutely one of the best restaurants in Chattanooga. Every dish we ordered was incredible and the drinks were just as... good. For me personally, the whiskey selection was amazing, so if you're a whiskey lover Easy Bistro will not disappoint. Thestaff was so kind and friendly as well, and we all had some good laughs together. Literally loved everything about Easy Bistroand we can't wait to go back. First of all the service was amazing. Chris B could not have been more attentive and gave excellent menu favorites! The grilled... chicken was fabulous. I ordered the half and spouse finished it after he had the cast iron seared steak. Our sides were thesautéed mushrooms and the steak fries. There was not one item that we didn’t love. My husband and I came here for our anniversary dinner and we had high expectations as we’ve heard good things and the... restaurant is highly rated. Our experience was just ok, especially given the high cost and small portions. We got the cucumbersmash to start and it was nothing exciting. We also got the culotte steak with a side of steak fries and cauliflower. The steakfries and cauliflower were the highlights of the meal but for $8 each the portions are very small. The cocktails were great anda fair price. I got the s’mores dessert which was good. We were in Chattanooga and decided to try this restaurant. We were very surprised at the high level of service, amazing... cocktails and delicious food. We had the roasted oysters, beets, bass and chicken. Everything was delicious. Great selection ofwhisky too! If we travel back, we will most definitely revisit this gem.
