I have started stopping at this Dunkin? Donuts every morning after dropping my daughter off at East Hamilton high school. The... staff is always super friendly and has gotten to where they can recognize the regulars by name and order. Which in my opinionbeing as busy as they are is awesome! I went and got a sweet tea with one pump of skim and two pumps of blueberry. I received a drink with error. Okay that fine. They... re made it but then my second drink was a decaf ice coffee. I drink decaf because i have a heart condition. I took a sip and itwas very strong so I knew it wasn?t decaf. When I asked the lady she said yes it was. I told her I can?t have regular because ofmy heart and she said ?decaf is the same as regular? um? no it?s not. Read more
I come here I?d say maybe 2 times a week, mainly because of it being closer and the deals. I literally order the same thing... every time and it always comes out tasting different. Out of the last 4 times I?ve gotten it only one of them has been good. Iget the Pumpkin Iced Sig Latte with French vanilla flavoring. It more than likely comes out tasting like watered down straightblack coffee with NO sweetener, or pumpkin/cinnamon dust at all. Only taste it has is a burnt coffee taste. I think I may juststick to scooters. It?s a little further, and not much higher priced, but definitely worth it! Although, the Donuts and SnackinBacon are good. The employees have always been nice. Got a hankering for donuts while watching the Great British Baking show so headed down at 8pm. Big mistake. Huge. All I wanted... was a cinnamon cake donut. Got home and made half a pot of coffee and bit into a hard stale donut from last December (it wasSeptember, so yeah, that hard?inedible). So tried one one my husbands? chocolate ones. Stale. I have been going to this Dunkin every morning for years, and typically I order the same thing. I have never had any problems... until recently. I guess there is a new manager and I'm not sure why she is so rude to me EVERY SINGLE DAY. Before she workedthere I looked forward to being greeted by a friendly staff and starting my day with positivity and now I go there to get mycoffee with a side of negativity.
