I am not a person to post reviews but i had an exceptional experience at this location this past weekend and felt I needed to... share. I called in early Sunday morning very last minute requesting 8 dozen donuts for a wedding same day. Expecting to hear abig fat no, they actually told me the complete opposite- they could have them ready now! I spoke with a young lady named Kellywho was so friendly and assured me they would have them ready to go when I pulled up. I showed up for pickup and not only werethey ready to go but they looked absolutely perfect. Thank you Kelly and team for making this happen for us. The donuts were ahit! To top it off, a team member later in the evening texted me to make sure everything was good. It?s hard to find customerservice like this which is what led me to make the review. My family stayed the night in Chattanooga and I wanted to support a local donut shop in the area. With such wonderful reviews,... we chose Duck Donuts and I?m glad we did! I was greeted when I walked in and was asked if I had ever been before. I hadn?t andwas pleasantly surprised when they explained the concept. He was patient with me the entire time while I picked my selection. Once we got on the road back to Indiana, we quickly demolished the entire box, wishing we had a Duck Donuts in our city. Nice, fresh and you build your own donut with whatever glaze, drizzle topping or sprinkles you want. You can even get it with... ice cream ???? on top! Heads up, they only sell cake donuts. Read more

I just brought donuts from them for the 1st time and they were THE BEST ever. I ate the cinnamon sugar one, it was soft and it... tasted very fresh like it was just made.I also brought a coffee I would be happy if they invested in allowing you to get extraflavor like mocha, caramel, vanilla etc (for a cost of course) in the grub hub app.10/10 I would recommend trying here. I wish I would have taken a picture before the family dug in because they make beautiful donuts. But, I can do that next time... because I will definitely be back. They make the donuts with fresh batter to order and they are delicious. They have so manytopping options and they have friendly service. Read more
