We have been extremely disappointed by the service at this location. We placed an order previously and were told our order got... bumped by a larger order and it would be over an hour until it was ready. Today I called to inquire about a large order for theweekend and was told they had another order for that time and when I asked if I should just call another location, the personhung up on me. Tuesday, May 24th. I could be a selfish customer and complain about how I almost had to wait over an hour or two to get my... order - but was at the end cancelled. But I could also be an appreciative customer and the fact that this crew was bustingthemselves hard at work with the huge load of work they had themselves this day!! Five stars for the superb crew that handledall the stress they had on them this day and tackled down the challenge. I would have loved to have tried a pizza from herewith how I saw them not subsidizing the quality with the amount of pizzas they were making. But a cancelled order is no biggiefor me as it freed up the team one less pizza to make to the already chaotic day. This team handled large orders, shortstaffing, and chaotic rush hours like nothing! Impressed and grateful to see how a team can work together through the toughhours instead of breaking down and ruining quality. Kudos to the team this day for handling everything! Both the cheesy bread and the pizza were delicious. I had the chance to earn a free pizza just for them being a few minutes... late. Not enough minutes to complain about. Great dominos. Great quality and bang for your buck. You can easily feed a family of 4 for $20. If you want quality food, fast... and for a great value Downtown Chattanooga Dominos is where you should go. Friendly and efficient staff. The General ManagerScott has done a great job at getting pizzas to your door in less than 30 minutes on average. Read more

This place is terrible. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. The store itself is dirty and the pizza came out cold. I?m... not sure how they are able to operate this way but I certainly wouldn?t spend my money here again. You shouldn?t either. PizzaHut is right next door. Read more
