The slab was very dirty and not clean at all. My husband has a gluten allergy and he was unable to eat his ice cream. The blue... ice cream in the cooler had mold on it. And the entire place was dusty and dingy. The chocolates, especially the apples lookedold. Employees werent friendly and barely spoke to you. Went while it was busy and had to wait a while, which isn't enough to warrant complaint, but when I finally get to the register... to pay, the guy running it walked away without saying anything. Stood there at least 7 if not 10 minutes while my ice creammelted in my hand. Can't rate the food yet, waiting for it to re freeze. Read more

They always have good coupons in the newspaper. Once you have some, you'll never think of ice cream the same again. And they... always have "skinny" flavors with no added sugar. The addition of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory is a great plus. Read more
We have been frequent customers for years. 2 weeks in a row on Sunday we have tried to go to Cold Stone Creamery. A sign on the... door states it is only open for mobile orders. I have an account but I also wanted to use the coupon from the Kid?s First CouponBook. I tried to call to see what I would need to enter for the coupon code?mailbox full. I held it up to the window andshrugged?the employee just shook his head. An older couple came to the door and left while we were standing there.
