Reviews for Cicis Pizza in Chattanooga, TN
We have taken my kids pretty regularly for years, but since this summer it's been so bad. The tables and chairs must be 20 years... old. They've never been replaced as far as I've seen. My daughter pinched her finger in a broken chair and we tried to swap itout with 3 other chairs before we found one that wasn't broken. The last 2 times we've gone the pizza was awful. It was dry andtasted like old grease on the bottom, I'm assuming from old pans. My youngest son has been begging to go, but the rest of usdon't ever want to go again. So bummed one of our favorite family places is just not an option anymore. Read more
The buffet is seriously empty every time we get up there they say 5 min and still no pizzas. Blaming everything on shortage of... workers is starting to get old and it?s loosing legitimacy, if you can?t handle the crowd don?t welcome anymore people inn orstop taking people?s money and provide 0 service. No more CCs for us Read more
The food out looked like it had been sitting for hours and tasted as such. When we asked for fresh pizzas the kids working... glared at us and said eat what's out there then went back to talking amongst themselves. When I showed them how hard the pizzawas they actually walked away from us. We then watched an older lady fill different bins with different topping wearing nogloves and not washing her hands. She also mixed the wilted lettuce up on the buffet with her bare hands. YUCK! We walked outafter that disgusted and having wasted money. I will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone. The healthinspector should close this place down. This place doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give. Read more

We stayed less than twenty minutes and I came straight to the car to write this review. This place appears to be under new... ownership, which is usually a good thing. I assume the two children, maybe 9/10/11 years of age that are literally runningaround the restaurant, are the owner's kids being employees. They were both making the buss cart and ran into a family, thelittle girl ran into an employee behind the buffet in the kitchen, basically pushing them out of the way, so that she could runthe register when more people came in, the boy comes to your table every two minutes, I'm not exaggerating, to see if you needanything or if you needed plates cleared and then when he needed to go to the kitchen he would SCREAM "DOOR." As someone who wasraised in a family of food service, I can tell you that no one is screaming cautionary words so loudly that the patrons canuncomfortably hear it. My teens had been dying to come out since our Ft O location closed. They were both ready to leave andsaid they didn't want to come back. It's so loud. I applaud the kid's work ethic but they really need proper training as theyare safety hazards at the moment. Now for the food. The sauce is crazy tangy, the dough is tough and the ten year old boyemployee argued with me on how expensive pizza dough PROBABLY is. Pennies, IT'S PENNIES! He initiated a conversation and I toldhim I wished this location had the Pepperoni Flip. I then explained to him what it was and how it's made. He argued about theprice of something he didn't even know about. I really wish my chef sister would have been there. Hopefully they can work onsome things and have a successful future with this franchise. Read more
We?ve all been there, you?ve got a gaggle of hungry kids and you?re looking for cheap yet good pizza. Cicis has you covered. The... buffet has a generous number of different pizzas to appeal to every taste, including vegetarian spinach and tomato. There is avery nice salad bar for mom, along with pasta and two sauces. The dessert apple cinnamon pizza and brownie were very tasty too.The Game Center helps keep the kiddos entertained and I didn?t think the price to play was too unreasonable. For adults, thebuffet is $5.99 and for kids up to 10 years, it is $3.09. A child?s drink is $1.09 and adults is 1.76. The kids will leave fulland happy. Read more
I have despised cicis pizza since I was a kid. But my girl made me go here. And it was awesome! Pizza was low quality like all... of them, but the salad bar was excellent, they were putting out pizzas often, and the drink machine had Diet Dr Pepper. Read more
