Strange experience when we first got there. We were sat in the dining room area then after a few minutes the host came back and... asked us to move because the server from our section wasn't in yet. A few minutes after moving us, he came back and told us weshould just sit in their lounge because he wasn't sure if there was a server where we were sitting then either. The lounge wassuper packed but we did get a booth. Even though the lounge was very busy, our server did a great job and was very attentive. Itwas just strange that the dining area was completely empty and the bar was the only area to sit in. Read more

Food and value are good. Clean and friendly service. Flavored Teas are made externally and tasted like processed. Awful flavor... & I do not recommended it. Read more

6 of us decided to go to lunch around 11:30 today. We were seated and there might have been 2 other tables besides us at the... time. We placed our order and all 6 of our orders came out wrong. A steak that was ordered medium was cooked well done, whichshe decided to eat. We sent 4 burgers back to be remade as ALL of them were wrong and also sent mexican street corn back as itlooked like it was on the grill for 3 days. The 4 burgers came back out and came out looking worse than before. There were notremade and were still wrong. One came back with a hair in it. The hairy burger was sent back and replaced for a steak quesadillathat came back burner to a crisp and inedible. At this point we had already spoke with the waiter, waitress and manager. Themanager was extremely rude and claimed that he was not made aware of this after already being at our table twice for theseissues. He was not wearing a name tag and did not want to give us his name either. We got our checks after nobody ate any oftheir food and we were being charged double for things they ?fixed? while one was being charged for two meals that were not evenclose to being edible. He was not budging on assisting with this at all and we paid and left. Our waiter felt awful but themanger here was extremely rude and acted as if it was our fault that his cook wasn?t able to follow simple instructions. Wefrequent this restaurant for lunch breaks weekly if not every other week but after this interaction, we will not be returning aswe are disgusted with how this was handled. Read more

Could have enjoyed much better had it not been so cold. That's the 2nd time to go and not be able to fully enjoy due to being... too cold. Last time I not only had to keep a jacket on, but my brother left because it was just too cold. Food was good, servicewas good. But still too cold to enjoy. Even servers were cold. Read more

Took my daughter here as we have our mother daughter day after school. Our server was exceptional! Food was Chilis worthy... however, Seemed like a fairly slow evening with more than enough staff. My check was brought out I placed the money on the tableas I paid in cash this time. We packed up our food the Manager came by and asked how our dinner was, asked him could we getsoufflé lids, he returned with them we packed the condiments and headed to the door where the manager stepped in front of meand ask did I get a chance to take care of my bill?? I replied "It's on the table I don't need change, Thank you" with notanother word he rushed to the table to check. ???? I wish I could explain the way that made me as a mother in front of mydaughter feel. I just can't grasp why he thought We were dining and dashing???? Overall poor experience because of our server. She started off strong and became less attentive up to the time our order was put... in. By the time we were finished and wanted the bill and a Togo box, she was nowhere to be found. Occasionally I spotted her ather other table ten feet away, but, when she walked down the opposite isle I waved my arm in the air like I knew the answer tothe equation on the chalk board. Even going so far as blurting out "Oooooh! Ohhhhhhh!" while doing so to no avail. At a certainpoint we decide to use extra napkins to wrap up our leftovers to carry out and paid thru the table tablet. Although I'm sure ifwe were less honest people we could've just left without paying and the server wouldn't have noticed for at least another hour.I would've voiced my concerns to a manager, but no one ever visited our table other than my lost server and the foodrunner. Food was tasty, but unfortunately the rest of the experience would keep me from ever returning. These large chainscan't (or don't care to) understand that friendly and attentive service outweighs everything else. Read more

It was a pretty good experience this time as opposed to when we tried to dine in. It was Mother's day and sure, I get it being... busy. I've never been told we couldn't be seated cause there were 7 of us. They said 6 would have been ok... I asked if we couldjust pull a chair over and be out of the way and they said no. However with the call in order how can you be rude that wayright? I'll call in again for food but I don't think any of out family will dine in this place again. Read more

Gm manager Daniel was very disrespectful food was old I ordered at 9:30 called at 10:01 after getting home there was no sauce on... pasta added sauce and seasoning as well was hardly any chicken in pasta. Pictures explains itself. Boneless wings were cold aswell as egg rolls He told me to call the main office and he was not going to refund my money. Daniel started throwing away myfood after telling me to call corporate. One of the employees threw tea on me. Very rude employees. I can keep going if I cangive zero stars I would. I even asked for them to re cook food. He also said that chicken fingers had been eaten on the kidsmeal with the old mash potatoes which were cold as well their service is horrible.
